My Cubano was spot on what with the pork, ham, dill pickle and mustard between a toasted roll. We will return to Knuckle Sandwiches and look forward to tasting the many other sandwiches on offer. Not two minutes after I made my order I get a message stating the order is cancelled because they couldn't fulfill it. No other context. Maybe it was the timing? Maybe they were out of ingredients? Who knows, but not me! So I just moved on and got a sandwich elsewhere. I gave 2 stars as the menu does look good and there's a handful of 5 star reviews that lead me to believe they could be good, but only time will tell if I dare to try again.

I ordered a Torpedo sub and got a water cup as they had a Pepsi machine (I much prefer Coke products) and no fresh-brewed Iced Tea (only Brisk out of the Pepsi machine). The sub came out quickly. I forgot to take a picture but it looked like a bread-only sandwich with a few lettuce strips hanging out. You could not see the meat or cheese without lifting off the bun. I'd say they are quite frugal with the meat, cheese and vegetables. However, the sandwich bread was excellent and the sub had good taste. Overall, the experiences was average to slightly sub-par. There's a lot of sandwich options around and I don't see myself coming back to this location any time soon.
