I ordered ahead today and asked that my sandwich be ready at 2:45. When I arrived at 2:35, I was really surprised (pleasantly so) that my sandwich was already ready. The employee handed me my food and I went to go eat it. I ordered the steak and cheese French dip. Unfortunately, my sandwich was cold and the Ajou sauce was mediocrely warm. Had the sandwich been hot and the ajou warmer, I would have given more stars. The service was fine, I didn't interact much with the guy behind the counter, he just handed me my food. I will say, the place was very clean and the music playing wasn't too loud. So that was nice. I normally avoid fast food when out and about but I was too hungry not to stop at Quiznos . Historically I've been a fan decades ago but have not been to one in perhaps 30 years. So I chanced it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and decided on a small sized chicken salad. The fellow behind the counter asked me if I wanted each of the fixings before adding them, nuts cranberries tomatoes and so on. Thank you. After he made the salad he asked if there would be anything else . All I wanted was water as I wanted to dive into the salad , but no simple water in the case. So he gave me ice water. It might be a simple gesture but it was huge... he could have said there soda in the fountain or any other possibilities , but instead he filled a large cup with ice cubes with ice water. Nice! Such a simple gesture but it went to my heart. The salad was delicious by the way and now when put snd about I'm going to have that chicken salad with tomatoes and cucumbers cranberries etc. instead of heading for the smoking grease pits. Every time I do an online order from here they get it right. I'm pregnant and am paranoid about deli meats so I asked them to toast my sandwich twice. I used to come to Quiznos all the time. I really loved this place. I hadn't been in awhile so I went tonight... apparently this location has new owners. I ordered the same thing I always order..,every single time. I was super disappointed... when the woman was making my sub I had to ask for more tomato and lettuce. There wasn't any cheese on the sandwich which is like one of the three main ingredients.. turkey ranch Swiss. There was barely any ranch. I asked for a ranch on the side. It was hardly toasted... so I guess the new owners just don't compare to the previous. I'm not sure but I unfortunately will not be going to this Quiznos again. Sucks because it's so close to me. I believe Quiznos is going to go out of business as the owner did say they are very slow. Drove over an hour to have Quiznos since all the ones in my town have shutdown. The woman was SO RUDE. I honestly couldn't believe it. I was asking what veggie options were available because the lids were all on them and she told me she "couldn't open every lid and to just tell her already what I wanted." I asked if I could have onions and she said that onions were put before the toaster. I told her I didn't want hot onions. She opened the lid and slammed it down and threw onions on my sandwich. My husband's sandwich wasn't even on the bread- more like in the basket and he had to put it on. My food wasn't even toasted. We went 40 min out of our way to eat here and, given the service and quality, I can see why Quiznos are shutting down. Shame. read more

Quiznos should be embarrassed to sell the "loaded tots" (bacon, jalapeno, cheddar cheese) as a side. The tots were clearly frozen-food-aisle tots cooked about 80%, there was a small sprinkling of bacon-like bits, and the cheddar cheese was a thin slice of cheddar cut into four or five small squares and laid across the top. $3 rip-off. Wish I'd have taken a photo. I'll take a bag of Doritos next time. read more

I go to this Quiznos every now and then because the Chandler one has closed (it was garbage food wise anyway, broccoli cheese soup was nasty there) and it's my only option. That and when I do get great workers like the guy that has been here through the management change (wish I caught his name but he's Caucasian with darker hair) and the younger African American woman working here, it's great! Those two workers alone are the sole reason for the 2 stars as they are so nice and also make my sub wonderfully. However, when the workers are bad, they are most certainly bad. Last night, I opted to come here to pick up dinner. I arrived at least 20-30 minutes before close. The open sign was weirdly off but the door was unlocked and people were in line so we went in. One of the workers there notified us that the oven has already been cleaned so if you want a sub it won't be toasted. The hours are online and on the door and it says open until 8 pm on Sundays... so why is it 7:35-7:40 and you're already not using the sole item to make the subs?? When my mom who was with me asked what's the point of the hours on the door if they already are practically closed, the Caucasian woman with darker hair that was working snidely responded with "well we haven't had any customers for an hour and a half so we cleaned it"... okay but then what's the point of the hours on the door? It's not even like we came 5-10 minutes before close either. When this place was under old management, they never closed early because it was slow. They've always closed on time. And when the older Caucasian dude that has worked here through management changes is working, he never closes early either. Very disappointed, wish I knew when the usual guy was working as I'd only come in on his days. Then again, workers seem to come and go so hopefully the woman with an attitude that feels the need to close early will be gone eventually anyway. read more

Nice kids, but they seem to be challenged when making sandwiches. I ordered two sandwiches which were severely botched and maybe it was their first day, but I doubt it that they both were starting for the first time at the same time. Not only that, they cross contaminated the guacamole with the lobster when I requested it. You're supposed to put dressings, vegetables and condiments on before you put the meats on. This concept was clearly above their pay grade. I used to work for Quiznos and I cringed at their preparation skills, And you should should definitely give the appropriate amount of meat per scoop, and not try to scrape the mayo from the sides with a few pieces and pretend it was a scoop. you just get another batch of the meat out and serve accordingly. If I'm spending 17 per sandwich, it should come with the right amount of meat. But alas, I didn't have time to challenge them, so I didn't. lastly they didn't even butter the sandwiches, and threw the bread in quickly before I could even have a say, and they also clearly don't understand portion control. When someone asks a little lettuce, you don't try to make it into a salad, you sprinkle it. I get it, young kids are learning, but someone qualified should probably oversee or properly train these guys. Do better Quiznos. Probably the last time I spend my money here, farewell! read more

I haven't eaten at Quiznos in over a year. I went in today and got a salad. I asked for extra dressing and they refused, said they couldn't give me any!!! I went back and forth with the guy since back before covid you could get your own "extra" dressing. The salad was sooo good too and if I could have had my extra dressing it definitely would have made it a place I would go multiple times a week for a salad. I wish I could give this place a negative rating. The staff was highly rude. When I pulled up to park the girl was sitting outside having a smoke and then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk into the establishment. When I walked in, we were not greeted and were ignored waiting for the formality ex. "what could I get started for you today?". It was awkward for about 2 minutes and then I proceeded to order and still she didn't acknowledge my order but started making the food. While making the food, she broke two out of two sandwiches and looked up in disgust at us during the whole process. I was baffled by why was she upset to begin with (I personally work in the restaurant business and would understand the hostility but there was no reason to be upset). Then, we proceeded to be check out by the other employee who gave more formality than she could have given. Shoutout to the guy who made sure we were checking out properly and double checking with what we got. All in all, the brunette tan girl who had love hoop earrings made our experience terrible and I would not like to walk in again if I saw she was working. I was greeted warmly. The menu items were explained well and I was even offered a sample when I couldn't decide what salad dressing to get. The salads that were being prepared looked pretty delicious! Time to pay... Before ringing me up, I informed the cashier that I had a Groupon to use. She said I had to have a voucher printed out. Then, she showed me a handwritten post it next to the employee phone that stated coupons must be originals, not from an email or phone. She told me it must say that on my Groupon... So I showed her. She said to me, "See! You need to follow the directions and it says 1. Print Groupon." I kindly showed her the following statement which says, "(or pull it up with our mobile app)." She said, "I don't know how to do that. It probably is for a Phoenix location. THIS is not Phoenix." Duh, I knew where I was... exactly where the Groupon directions led me! LOL. Anyhow, we went back and forth for a bit and she rang me up. I told her I wasn't going to get anything and she was livid... She called me rude for ordering and walking away. That's not exactly how I see it happening. She told me that she has never heard of a company giving a discount without proof of a voucher, that it would be like giving something away. Huh... sigh. First trip here 12/22/14 11:45am. Door wide open, plenty of parking. There were other customers inside. I've never been in a Quiznos before today but I did look at the menu online before driving there. The kid taking my order was difficult to hear because of the glass barrier and his tiny voice. The Asian lady at the register was somewhat hard to understand because of her accent and rapid speech. She was busy training employees and yelling "no-no-no" a lot trying to get things done correctly. Comparing my sandwich (classic Italian) to the photos online I hardly recognized it when he folded, sliced and wrapped it. Comparing the advertised photo to the actual food was quite a shocker, it was nearly flat as cardboard and came out rather small. I ate it at home and re-nuked it for 30 seconds. The sandwich wasn't too bad really. I also tried their broccoli cheese soup which was much better than I anticipated. Summary: the photos online are roughly double the actual size, their soups are good. Service is fast, prices good, parking plentiful with easy access off Southern and Higley. All in all a good first experience. I gave them three stars instead of four for being overall hard to hear and understand, and very deceptive photography/advertising. read more

I have always loved Quiznos Subs and was a bummed when so many locations closed. That being said I am glad this location is still around. They are always fast, friendly, and courteous. The only problem I had was the sandwich should have been cooked a little longer on the belt, it seemed a little soggy and would have been better if they didn't pull it out of the belt so early. read more

Worst experience thus far at this Quiznos. I only eat sea food so I order the tuna sub. The guy who wears the green shirt I don't know what his name is has the worst customer service and attitude ever. I asked him to use clean gloves if they've touched meat and he did so annoyingly. I asked him to also use a clean knife that hasn't touched meet and he goes and waters off an already used knife under sink. Like how unsanitary is that when you are trying to avoid cross contamination? So I'm like you know what just leave it be don't even cut it. The sub was horrible because all the toppings were falling out so I had to put them back in by hand. If you don't like you're job and don't want to be working then don't work there. I'm not paying 10$+ for a sub for shitty service like that. Has gone to garbage with new management. read more

My wife and I decided to come in for some meatball subs. I normally never have an issue with the subs but maybe since my wife got one the employee didn't want to let go of that many meatballs. I ordered a large sub and medium and I think I counted a total of 2 meatballs and some crumbles on the large and about the same on the medium. Both were mostly bread. I am very disappointed with my purchase and the employees attempt to pass of a sub for what I got home with.
