When I was finished and pressed "submit", I got an error message saying something was wrong with the server Tried the whole tedious process again and the same thing happened. To make things even worse, I tried to submit a complaint through the corporate web site, but it required a store number, which is impossible to find unless you save your receipt (and I hadn't). As a last ditch effort to provide what I thought would be valuable feedback about a rude employee, I called the number shown on the web site. After listening to 30 minutes of loud music, I simply gave up. I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be able to enjoy the food Five Guys offers, but at this point, I am so frustrated and angry about the obstacles to providing feedback that I've encountered, I don't ever intend to eat there again.

Let me tell you how the system worked at this Wendy's. Absolute hell, and no one cares about how to run it. First of all, little known fact our meat is actually and surprisingly fresh (refrigerated instead of frozen). Although that doesn't make up for the fact that NONE OF THE COOKS ON THE GRILL ARE TOLD TO WEAR GLOVES. In fact, I can hardly remember what gloves were meant for, I think the chicken on the adjacent grill because of cross contamination since we didn't wear gloves for quite literally any other fucking thing. Second, the GM and shift manager are pretty terrible. Brent, the shift manager, albeit isn't that bad of a guy, and really good at the job he does when he's there. The GM however does what exactly everyone expects a GM to do, which is sit in his fucking office all day and be this high and mighty guy that does whatever the hell he likes. What's funny is both my shift supervisor and GM go and grab food whenever they so feel fit, but whenever I ask to make a burger with the dead meat we store for chili I'm told no. Oh yeah, did I mention the chili meat is old burgers we don't throw away once they're stale from the grill? Kitchen is disgusting. Lobby is disgusting. Don't bother giving these people your business. read more
