I think I am officially done with KFC. I have ordered KFC five times in the last three weeks. Every one of my orders have been wrong. Messed up something along the lines. I tried to call make a complaint time and redo it. The phone never works. it's always on a busy tone and then when I go up there, everybody's got attitude. I'm done with the KFC today was the last straw I ordered KFC to be delivered to my work and I have not eaten a couple days because I have been sick so I figured I'd get it today. Not only where my nuggets hard is rocks. You couldn't even break them open and when you did, it was just dry inside my french fries I asked to be fresh. They are hard and gross. I call the store to make a complaint. What do you know? The phone is busy as always I am sick of KFC never doing what they're supposed to do. I went about 1:30 pm. The place was pretty new seeming, clean and people working there seemed nice, the food was fine and took care of my needed KFC fix. I'm glad I didn't let the bad reviews keep me away since this place is closest to me. The breading did come off more than I'm used to and they had music playing a bit loud for me thus just 4 stars. read more

First of all, I love KFC. But this store has some major issues. I told my husband that it seems like the chicken we get here is almost always dry. They serve you chicken thats been under the heat lamp way too long. Lat night we were in the mood for KFC and I decicided to take 1 more shot. The biscuits were perfect and so was the mashed potatoes. But sure enough I had to put the breast back in the bucket and try for a leg to see if that was better. It was even worse. The skin had started to pull away from meat and the meat was burned. No more of this store. Somebody at the top better figure out what is going on. This is ridiculous. They were too busy and very unorganized people kept piling in for pick up orders and the girl at the front repeatedly asked our names and served guests out of order. 4 others came in well after me and she prepared their food and sent them on their way while I sat there and waited an additional 20 mins after they left and had to repeat my name 3 more times! Forgot to mention this was the second time they didn't include any of the sauce we requested and fries were cold and stale I had to give them to my dog i couldn't chew it. Food: One 8 piece Extra Crispy bucket for me (I have an egg sensitivity & the extra crispy ingredients do NOT have eggs :)) and 1 Original recipe for the Hubbs (ingredients include dairy & eggs). Both tasted so great! Service: We went inside to place our order. There were no other customers inside, but there were a couple of ppl in line at the drive through. The eployee came to the register as we walked up to the counter and took our order. Both buckets were ready in just 2-3 minutes. We were shocked at how quick our order was ready. We double-checked our order to ensure it was correct before leaving and it was in fact correct! Ambiance : I believe it's a brand new building. Not sure what was located there previously. It's next to Quik Trip (and a newer car wash) off Power & University. Outside was a whole new look for KFC as was the inside! There's even a little shrub off of Power shaped like a chicken! I've been to different KFCs in the East Valley and some didn't have chicken, didn't get our order right, 30 minutes to get our food, or were super gross inside. Chicken was great, mashed potatoes were perfect, biscuit was soft and flakey, and the drink was ice cold! Not to mention, the order taker at the drive thru was very friendly, and the lady who handed me my food was awesome, even told me to have a blessed and safe day! My boyfriend ordered through DoorDash for pick up and DoorDash said it was in the process of being made. We head other there and we watch the employee close the door and start cleaning up the lobby. We decided to pick up through the drive thru. We go up there and the lady tell us that they do not have anything to make our entire order so instead of canceling the DoorDash, they just tell us we can't make it and we have to call DoorDash to cancel. Inflation is here. I ordered a coleslaw side and got 3oz of coleslaw. Ordered 2 thighs from apparently dwarf chickens. Website showed lemonade, but the location only had fruit punch, which was gross. Had to go with tea for a non carbonated option after having already paid for a large drink. I think grease is to be expected, and thighs were dripping, but the taste was good. Still, never again. Lousy value to food quantity offering. And good luck to all fast food chains from here on out. They'll be shrinking their meals, raising prices and showing clear photo fabrications on their website menus. Caveat emptor. For KFC diehards, flavor is KFC good at this location. But for value? Every time i come here my food is always fresh. This location does a great job that even when drive thru is busy the dine in orders are done quickly. The biscuits are never dry. This location either has a great crew or a great manager that is always on top of food quality. If you dont live near by its worth the extra drive. This KFC franchise has an Assistant Manager who is rude and racist. My husband and I stopped in to grab a bowl and one chicken leg. We got home, and there was only a biscuit in the box. My husband called the store and spoke to a female assistant manager (she would not give her name), and he let her know the situation, and she immediately got rude to him. He said he would return to the restaurant and pick up the missed item if she could also make a fresh bowl so it would be warm when he got back home. She told him no and hung up on him. My husband went to the restaurant to talk to the manager; the assistant manager would not give the manager or owner's name. Instead, she continued to be awful and then got so mad she called my husband a n*****. My husband asked for his money back which she complied with. We hadn't been to a KFC in a long time due to a bad experience. We decided to try this location due to easy entry and exit at the drive thru. The order was taken and delivered quickly and courteously. We got three piece white Big Boxes. It was hot and delicious, 2 big breast pieces, even the wing was big. We had chicken left for another meal. This was a very good experience. It is definitely worth driving a little further again to go to this store. read more

I called and spoke to the manager and she took my name to replace the missing pieces, but I refused to go back...until today. My wife wanted KFC and this location was on my way home. This time, I went inside, placed my order and checked a few items before I left. I get home and I am short 1 piece. I, once again, called the manager and was, dare I say, a little harsh. The excuse I got was the number of teenagers that are in training, which was along the lines of the excuse I got last time. No apology whatsoever!
