Value!: Tuesdays they have a special - 8 piece bucket (legs and thighs) for $10!! Food: One 8 piece Extra Crispy bucket for me (I have an egg sensitivity & the extra crispy ingredients do NOT have eggs :)) and 1 Original recipe for the Hubbs (ingredients include dairy & eggs). Both tasted so great! Service: We went inside to place our order. There were no other customers inside, but there were a couple of ppl in line at the drive through. The eployee came to the register as we walked up to the counter and took our order. Both buckets were ready in just 2-3 minutes. We were shocked at how quick our order was ready. We double-checked our order to ensure it was correct before leaving and it was in fact correct! Ambiance : I believe it's a brand new building. Not sure what was located there previously. It's next to Quik Trip (and a newer car wash) off Power & University. Outside was a whole new look for KFC as was the inside! There's even a little shrub off of Power shaped like a chicken! I've been to different KFCs in the East Valley and some didn't have chicken, didn't get our order right, 30 minutes to get our food, or were super gross inside. In addition to all that to feed the fam was really expensive. I am SO happy to have this KFC and the Tuesday special. We'll be back next week! read more

Worst experience at any KFC. Going through the drive through and NO extra crispy chicken. Said it would take 10 minutes. After 20 I went inside and they said it was being made. After another 5 minutes still no dinner. Finally they brought it out. When I got home, no breast only thighs, not what I ordered!! Never will I be back!! Employees just did not care!! read more

First of all, I got three dinky wings that tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. I asked for hot sauce. I got none and I don't appreciate the coleslaw being put in with the not very hot wings and no napkins really poor service and quality of food I won't be going there again. read more

This restaurant is ran by children! They cannot cook the food. Make you wait 10 minutes then they have to start all over another 10 minutes. They are still not ready now. Another 10 minutes. They cannot give a refund. I've been here a half an hour. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time!!! read more

Got food poisoning today from here. Dr Pepper tasted like it had chemicals in it, had to dump it out but drank several sips and got very sick shortly afterwards. Chicken seemed fine, but it could've been that too, but the drink tasted of strong chemicals and now I'm sick. Also was not given a receipt, which they never do, so I can't contact corporate. read more

I have found that purchasing KFC chicken in the later part of the afternoon and early evening is a huge dissatisfaction. The chicken taste as though it is been cooking an old oil. It leaves a film residue and it's happened three times. I went to multiple KFCs in the Mesa area and each one of them tastes the same I've had the original I've had the crispy and it's all the same with an oil residue. And their coleslaw no longer taste the same. And their biscuits crumble. Sorry KFC I first joined you 40 years ago and absolutely love the bucket.. but now even with the specials that you give.. knowing that the chicken oil does not get changed regularly is a huge dissatisfaction of its original taste. I hope you'll consider telling the team to change out the oil at least twice a day. Especially if you're cooking chicken all day it will definitely alter it's effectiveness by the latter half of the day. read more

Good food very polite service and the place is always clean. What more can you ask for I would rate at five or five not sure who is rating at one and two it's just because they probably had a bad day and nothing was gonna change it. read more

Ordered $80 worth of chicken and sides, received cold chicken, no sauce, no sides. Looking forward to my cold and dry chicken dinner. Thanks kfc for sucking so bad read more

I went about 1:30 pm. The place was pretty new seeming, clean and people working there seemed nice, the food was fine and took care of my needed KFC fix. I'm glad I didn't let the bad reviews keep me away since this place is closest to me. The breading did come off more than I'm used to and they had music playing a bit loud for me thus just 4 stars. read more

KFC is sending out promotions for Country Fried Steak dinner on Wednesday for $4.99. That would make you think this restaurant would have it in stock at 4 pm. Nope, big sign No Country Fried Steak Available. We did manage to get some a previous week and even at the 5pm dinner hour, the food had definitely been held and was barely warm. With a Chick-Fil-A and a Cane's down the road that both have quick service, hot fresh food, and very friendly employees, KFC can't afford to be this incompetent. read more

The worst I've ever had , did not even taste like original crust, it tasted really old, it was terrible, you should be ashamed of yourself not at all what I expected you my need to look for some new employees or lose your sales I know they deep fried my chicken and destroyed the crust to warm it up because it was old, what is wrong with you people read more

I think I am officially done with KFC. I have ordered KFC five times in the last three weeks. Every one of my orders have been wrong. Messed up something along the lines. I tried to call make a complaint time and redo it. The phone never works. it's always on a busy tone and then when I go up there, everybody's got attitude. I'm done with the KFC today was the last straw I ordered KFC to be delivered to my work and I have not eaten a couple days because I have been sick so I figured I'd get it today. Not only where my nuggets hard is rocks. You couldn't even break them open and when you did, it was just dry inside my french fries I asked to be fresh. They are hard and gross. I call the store to make a complaint. What do you know? The phone is busy as always I am sick of KFC never doing what they're supposed to do. I called the one 800 number to complain at least that person answered the phone gave me some points and said they would refer my message and complaint to the store manager so we'll see what happens with that, but I will leave the pictures here for you to enjoy KFC used to be my favorite place to eat now I do not like them at all. They never do the right thing and fix the situation.. read more

First of all, I love KFC. But this store has some major issues. I told my husband that it seems like the chicken we get here is almost always dry. They serve you chicken thats been under the heat lamp way too long. Lat night we were in the mood for KFC and I decicided to take 1 more shot. The biscuits were perfect and so was the mashed potatoes. But sure enough I had to put the breast back in the bucket and try for a leg to see if that was better. It was even worse. The skin had started to pull away from meat and the meat was burned. No more of this store. Somebody at the top better figure out what is going on. This is ridiculous. I'll drive another 10 miles out of the way before ill drop another dime in this place. read more

Poor service / poor customer service. Took 20 mins to receive one (1) HBBQ Chicken Sandwich. One other customer in the store. Couldn't speak English so I translated for the employees. Waited 45 mins last night for my pick up order. They were too busy and very unorganized people kept piling in for pick up orders and the girl at the front repeatedly asked our names and served guests out of order. 4 others came in well after me and she prepared their food and sent them on their way while I sat there and waited an additional 20 mins after they left and had to repeat my name 3 more times! Forgot to mention this was the second time they didn't include any of the sauce we requested and fries were cold and stale I had to give them to my dog i couldn't chew it. Worst experience I've ever had. read more

HORRIBLE! Ordered through Uber eats 3 meals. 2 tender meals and a nuggets meal. Selected the type of sauce door each combo. When the order arrived there was NO SAUCE AT ALL! Absolutely the biggest ripoff in fast food chicken. 1. The chicken was cold 2. The so called chicken sandwich was composed of 2 salty chicken strips. 3. The chicken nuggets was so salty you could not eat them. 4. You can go almost anywhere that sells chicken and get it not only a lot cheaper but a 1000% better. If it was the last place on earth to eat out then I would rather starve to death. read more

Once again no chicken. Placed online order, paid and arrived at stated time. Told you'll have to, park, wait and come in to get your food. I am handicapped and said I'll drive to window. At window told it'd be 17 minutes or 20 from my arrival. Asked why this is a repeat issue told we can only cook 30 pieces of chicken at a time. Asked for manager, none here, asked for mgrs name we are not allowed to give that out. Asked for Store number as I intend to contact the corporate office. Reluctantly gave me numbers and letters. Told me they have all kinds of scammers and can't tell who runs this store. This is complete nonsense and no way to do business! This is our neighborhood KFC and KFC ought be ashamed of this store and it's lack of customer service. read more

I almost didn't go here, based on the reviews, glad I went with my instinct. I ordered the 4 pc chicken tender meal. Chicken was great, mashed potatoes were perfect, biscuit was soft and flakey, and the drink was ice cold! Not to mention, the order taker at the drive thru was very friendly, and the lady who handed me my food was awesome, even told me to have a blessed and safe day! Update: Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars - If you get a bucket deal, the price is closer to the value of what you'll get food and quantity-wise. The quantities may still be smaller than you'd like (coleslaw) or remember but, it's not as insanely off-the-mark as a la carte. I would just stay away from that. Service was very friendly on my second visit and the chicken is on-point. Original Review: We have some truly false advertising going on. I hadn't been to a KFC since elementary school, but my friends were excited to try out the new location. I spent $10 on an a la carte meal that, quantity-wise, should have run $2.50 . Inflation is here. I ordered a coleslaw side and got 3oz of coleslaw. Ordered 2 thighs from apparently dwarf chickens. Website showed lemonade, but the location only had fruit punch, which was gross. Had to go with tea for a non carbonated option after having already paid for a large drink. I think grease is to be expected, and thighs were dripping, but the taste was good. Still, never again. Lousy value to food quantity offering. And good luck to all fast food chains from here on out. They'll be shrinking their meals, raising prices and showing clear photo fabrications on their website menus. Caveat emptor. For KFC diehards, flavor is KFC good at this location. But for value? For price? For service? Disappointment awaits. There is decent room for wheelchair / powerchair users to get in and out and you can find some spots to sit, though the seating area is limited. read more

My boyfriend ordered through DoorDash for pick up and DoorDash said it was in the process of being made. We head other there and we watch the employee close the door and start cleaning up the lobby. We decided to pick up through the drive thru. We go up there and the lady tell us that they do not have anything to make our entire order so instead of canceling the DoorDash, they just tell us we can't make it and we have to call DoorDash to cancel. Very unpleasant interaction and now I see why it has mainly two stars. read more

I love the food. The service was adequate. They didn't put everything in the order I asked for.
