Tucked away in a shopping center across the street from 99 Ranch is a great little spot for authentic Korean food. The kimchi pancake was delicious! The sizzling sound of the dolsot bibimbap was music to my ears. Wait for it to simmer down and your patience will be rewarded with extra crispy rice!

Their porridge, Galbi Tang, Japchae, and grilled mackerel are all gluten free. They no longer serve the pine nut porridge I was really interested in, so I ordered the vegetable porridge instead. Both the porridge and the Japchae come in very large portions--each feels like enough for two servings--and they both taste great. The Galbi Tang is even better. The grilled mackerel is insanely good--the best I've ever had. It's not fishy at all, very flavorful, and has an amazing smokiness that's truly unforgettable. The service is casual in a good way--fast, friendly, and even a little fun. Don't be surprised if your server calls you "baby."

This was my first visit back in 2026, and it felt so good to return to Manna Korean Restaurant! Every time I come here, I'm reminded why I love this place so much. The food is consistently delicious and comforting. My absolute favorites are the vegetarian tofu soup and the hot stone vegetable bibimbap--both are flavorful, hearty, and perfectly cooked. The sizzling stone bowl adds such a nice touch to the bibimbap. They also serve a generous variety of banchan (side dishes), which really elevates the whole dining experience and makes the meal feel extra satisfying. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food always hits the spot. If you're craving tasty, authentic Korean dishes--especially vegetarian-friendly options--this is definitely a place I recommend. Come hungry and enjoy every bite. Cheers!

Mom and pop Korean restaurant. Very casual. We got Spicy seafood noodle soup, LA galbi , and Pork bulgogi . It was just 2 of us so probably could have done without the pork bulgogi. Variety of banchan and they refill. Everything was delicious. Honestly a hidden gem.

I used to come here all the time when I was in college and 99% of the time I would order the kimchi jjigae. The banchan can be hit or miss (the potato is always good), but the kimchi jjigae is always hearty and comforting. You'll like the kimchi jjigae here if you like your stew more sour, which is how I prefer it sometimes.

Its a small mom and pop restaurant with a wide variety of dishes offered. The service is fast and the food is great with a lot of side dishes included. Price wise its feels a little bit pricey but i think for the kind of food its ok.

Galbi was tender, smokey and delicious! Spicy pork was good but nothing extraordinary. Tofu soup was a bit bland but good enough for me because I usually don't like my soup too salty. It was comforting enough. I liked their potato side dish as well. Quick and fast service. Not overly friendly but not rude. Low-key vibe. Definitely a little hole in the wall, hidden gem spot. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

It's the best LA Galbi we have ever had. I went with my two friends and they said the same thing! The pancake was delicious as well. The lady who brought us our food was the sweetest.

My friend took me to this small, family-owned Korean restaurant over the weekend, and I'm so glad that she did! Some might call this place a "hole-in-wall" location but I truly enjoyed every dish that we got, especially the complimentary banchan dishes. We asked for refills on some of the banchan dishes and the staff was very friendly/generous and did not hesitate one bit to give us the additional requested refills. I really liked the texture of the rice noodles in the Jabchae dish and the LA Galbi Short Ribs were grilled to perfection with such tender pieces! I did wish that the onions were grilled as well, but I'll be back again and might request it next time! If you want some homemade, authentic Korean food that's priced right and with generous portions, you'll enjoy your experience at this restaurant! :)

I had the #10, Dolsot - Bibimbab for lunch. Pro's: lots of food and service was fast. Cons: Not much beef in the dish, rice wasn't 'sticky/burnet' on bottom of pot and the dish didn't have a great deal of taste that I've experienced with other restaurants. Plus the menu prices online are cheaper than what was on the menu we were handed. Sorry, but that needs to be looked at quickly otherwise people might call it a bait and switch tactic. We thought the meals were 'good', not great. The 3 condiments (potatoes, cucumber & kim chee) were good but at other local restaurants they always offer to refill them, but not here. Still, they had a varied menu but wish they would have a lunch menu for lighter mid-day meals instead of a higher priced, larger portion, dinner meal.

Its decent but not great. If you're craving Korean food in Austin, they have a very extensive menu so you'll at least be able to find what you want here. Dishes are pricy and service tends to be on the slower side. I probably like their Korean cold noodles the best.

Seafood Pancake was too egg-y. Kalbi LA tasted okay, lack of grill action and flavor. Soondubu tofu with pork was served with seafood, it was okay as well.

You know the Korean food is good when we went on a random weekday lunch and we were one of the only tables that didn't speak Korean. This is definitely a mom and pop restaurant with the sweetest lady taking our orders and making sure we were comfortable. The portion sizes are very large and nicely flavored. The sizzling hot bibimbap really hit the spot on a cold rainy day

That said, this was easily the best Korean meal I've had in Austin, and honestly, it might be the best I've had in Texas. The soondubu arrived absolutely piping hot. I ordered the mushroom version, and it was packed with a wide variety of mushrooms rather than just a few token pieces. Even when ordered spicy, the broth still had incredible depth and flavor that wasn't just heat for the sake of heat. The tteokbokki was addictive. We ended up adding cheese and ramen, which took it to another level. The marinated kalbi was equally impressive: high-quality meat with very little fat and generous portions. The banchan was also top-tier. Standouts included the soy-glazed potatoes, fresh kimchi, and japchae. They also serve purple rice, which has a wonderful chewy texture and feels like a more thoughtful alternative to standard white rice. The food alone would bring me back, but the service was excellent as well; friendly, attentive, and efficient. We came for an early dinner and got seated right away, but if you're planning to come during peak dinner hours, expect a wait. The locals clearly know this place is something special. Huge parking lot and the dining area is bright and airy, even playing the world cup games. Seems to be very family friendly.

The cold noodles had a great taste, but were not served with any accompaniment except some ginger. The six pieces of galbi we ordered included one piece that was purely gristly and bone. We had a pretty uncomfortable table wedged between a large family dinner and the server station, blocked from the windows by a giant wall.

We didn't get a single bad cut and everything was flavorful and cooked well. What really made this place stand out though was the service. MJ took care of us and was incredible from start to finish. Since it was our first time, she walked us through the menu and even helped cook the meats so we could actually relax and enjoy our time together. She stayed on top of the grill, swapping it out right when needed, and was always checking in to see if we needed anything or wanted more banchan. What stood out the most was how thoughtful she was with my parents. She made sure they had food on their plates without overdoing it, which was such a small detail but meant a lot. The food was great, but MJ really made the experience. Definitely coming back.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and such positive energy. The welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and chill vibe made us feel right at home. Every dish we ordered was outstanding and packed with flavor. The seafood pancake was cooked to crispy perfection, something that's surprisingly hard to find, as it's often left a bit doughy at other restaurants. The steamed egg was light, fluffy, and comforting, while the spicy tofu pork soup was phenomenal. It had just the right amount of heat, with silky, melt-in-your-mouth tofu and incredibly tender pork belly that paired perfectly with a bowl of rice. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. At one point I accidentally dropped my chopsticks, and before I could even ask for another pair, one of the servers noticed from across the restaurant and immediately brought me a new set. It's those small, thoughtful touches that really set a restaurant apart. SOHA exceeded my expectations in every way. Narrow Street 512 serves up Authentic Korean food with a personal touch. It feels like you're eating a home cooked meal at your Aunt's home in Korea. I experienced Narrow Street as a solo diner. My go-to dish I order 90 percent of the time I go there is the Chadol Plate (A3). It is beef brisket. You normally need to go to a KBBQ spot and get covered in a layer of smoke. Skip smelling like a campfire and get A4 at Narrow Street. The beef brisket comes with rice served in a metal bowl. You get 3 or four small plastic containers of banchan the rotates seasonally. There is a variety of different kimchi, fish cake, corn slaw, potato salad and more. Once in a while I like to switch it up and I order the Cold Noodles (F1) or squid and pork stir fry (A4). The cold noodles are refreshing with crisp cucumber, white radish kimchi, and korean pear. The noodles are bouncy with a nice chew. Great in Summer and Winter. The Squid and pork stir fry comes with a bowl of rice and it is quite spicy. It is spicier than average but still less spicy than Thai chili. The chewy squid and pork are nicely complemented with the crunchy stir fried cabbage. Once you taste it you can't stop eating it. The price at Narrow Street very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. It is sit down restaurant quality food in a fast casual setting. I am going to focus more on the cooked items as most people here already gave their review on the sushi. Hangover ramen, not too bad. It is like Shin Ramen Instant Noodles with a lighter flavor, nice touch with the bean sprout as it is a needed texture element. Add the gyoza into it and it makes it even better. Cucumber salad, not bad at all. It is missing a bit of spice to it. A touch of chili oil on it would kick this dish up a bit. It is refreshing and a must at the table. Truffle fries, please skip this. No salt on the fries if you are okay with it. It is just a bit of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. It is lacking in flavor. Yaki Udon, skip this as well. Not sure if it was just the day I went but the sauce was not so great.
