Really love the old school American diner vibes! I come here fairly often with my friends, usually late night, and the food is generally pretty decent. Service is fast and all the workers are quite friendly. There are definitely some things that stand out more than others, like the chipotle chicken panini, milkshake, the decker sandwiches, and all the alcoholic drinks I've tried so far. It can definitely be hit or miss though, like sometimes the fries are underdone. And I would definitely not recommend getting the meatball sub, the disco fries, or the egg cream, they were straight up not good. Still love this place tho!

Well...it's a diner. It is as expected. Food was slow to come as was the check but I guess you could say they were a little understaffed. But not coffee refill asked nor checking on how meal was. Large booths tables and counter top bar stools. Gets packed so expect wait on wkds. Food was a base hit. It is heavy diner food nothing gourmet or pretentious

First time ever here - always see this place in passing but never came inside. Showed up here on a late night around midnight. Was seated right away luckily cause the place was pretty packed. Late night after you're out from a night of drinking kinda spot - typical diner. The server tended to us right away - I ordered the egg quesadilla. It came with home fries. It was just mediocre nothing to brag about and nothing to come back for. Everyone else's plates looked the same. Little to no effort put into them. Just blah. I wouldn't come back food is trash.

Old school diner, loved the vibes in there. The pancakes were just fine, but the tuna melt was spectacular! Loved the curly fries too.

hiiii helllooo- this spot tends to skew bad reviews but for a diner and for the price I thought it was quite delicious. Lots of good flavor in the florentine eggs Benedict. I think the hollandaise on an eggs benny can say a lot and I'd say this was up there with taste and quality. I asked for onions and tomatoes instead of home fries and it was perfectly salty. My friend got the chicken Caesar wrap and curly fries and both were good too! I'd definitely come back and try more on the menu!! The menu itself is super cute and has tons of options for everyone.

Love this old school diner, classic ambience and feel. The pancakes have an incredible texture, slightly hard on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Our server also recommended the breakfast burrito which was a great choice as well. Will be back to try more items! FYI there can be a decently long line (~30 mins) to be seated, particularly on weekends.

I have had some hit and misses ordering from them off Grub Hub, but my first visit in restaurant was pretty good. The ambience is still classic diner, which I appreciate. The food is good and the service was also good. It was overall and nice lunch experience. I'll most likely be back. Hoping delivery is as good as this was.

One of our favorite diners. Fast friendly attentive service and good food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Three Decker is very much a "know what you're getting into" place. It is a diner, with a massive menu, large portion sizes, and it keeps everything simple. You're not going to walk out blown away by the flavor odyssey your taste buds just went on, but if you go in with the right attitude I promise this is a 5 star experience. I've been here several times, most recently I had the meatball sub with disco fries and a martini, and it was exactly what I needed at that moment. The meatball sub had a great meatball-sauce-cheese ratio and the disco fries are some of my favorite cheese fries in the city -- and that's not something I say lightly. On a trip here a while back I got a waffle with ice cream on it because that's what my soul needed that day. Service can be a tad slow but I love hanging out here because it has a lovely diner ambiance and is never too loud to have a great conversation with friends. In summary, can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for simple diner food. Absolute neighborhood staple and I will be back several times without a doubt :)

Let's start with the good - the service and ambiance were on point. I went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy inside, but since I was a solo diner I was seated immediately by the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive. Probably 3-4 different people checked in multiple times throughout the meal. Where I struggle is with the actual burger itself. As a non-resident New Yorker, for me $22.50 is a lot to spend on a burger and fries. It needs to rock my world at that price point. And it just didn't. I got the B&B Burger. The onion ring tasted like it had been refried a second time to make my burger. The bread was crumbly like it was on the verge of going stale. The actual beef patty itself was decent - good flavor. Usually I can overlook an okay burger if the fries are top notch, but these fries were under-seasoned and also 'just okay'. I also got a side of Chicken Tenders. These were good - no complaints here. I really wanted to like this spot, but not sure this would be a return visit for me.

This place was perfect and its menu was choke full of bargains and bonuses. This place was cute; I mean the bar was front and center and was very impressive but the table seating was charming too. Their lunch menu has a great "build your on burger" which i had a blast doing: Burger Cheddar Cheese Bacon Grilled onions Lettuce Tomato Mayo / BBQ con The service was exceptional, the ambience was very "Taverny [sic]" and my lunch was delicious!

Today however it wasn't pizza that brought me here, it was the famous Emmy Burger. To begin with the atmosphere of the restaurant is dim lighting a few tables with a reasonable sized bar in the middle of the room. They also have an open kitchen concept where just past the bar you can see the cooks working. My server Inda was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. My burger was excellent, normally I don't eat my burger with a knife and folk, but in this case with all the cheese and sauce oozing down the sides, not to mention the caramelized onions, it was necessary. (If I were home I wouldn't mind having burger juices running down my arm, but other people were eating in the restaurant also). The tiny pickles which I can't remember the name of were an added treat to the burger. I decided to order mine with the loaded fries. Just imagine the ground burger with all the toppings covering french fries and add melted white cheese. Since I was alone I didn't order a pizza because how would I eat it all, but next time I will try the pizza. I don't mind paying extra for a burger when it's aged beef and the taste is great. I definitely recommend this location. There is a fast food burger restaurant next door to Emily's but I can't imagine there burgers compare. I will try them another time and let you know. That's all for now, see you on my next review.

They say some things age like fine wine, and I believe this restaurant falls in that category. After 55 years, this family oriented fast food shop known for its famous roast beef sandwich and other popular greasy goodness is still standing. I swung by recently for my usuals and glad to report that everything still tasted the same, just slightly more pricey year after year as expected. My regular order has always been the Roast Beef w/ Cheese, which was maybe $4 when I first tasted it over 25 years ago. It is now $9.45 or $.50 less for no cheese. Regardless, the roast beef (medium) is still tender and juicy, piled on top of a soft and pillowy, freshly made bread that's been dunked in a bath of delicious beef gravy. The ooey gooey cheese makes it complete for me. Everything else is solid. Nothing fantastic or worth driving out of your way for. Don't come here looking for the best version of everything on the menu. However, if in the neighborhood, this place is an inexpensive experience that brings you back in time, when the world was less complicated and a night out with family meant a delicious trip to a local restaurant like Roll-N-Roaster. Enjoy it for what it is and you'll have a good time.

Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave.
