Service was decent but this is a dining environment where you are not rushed out the door. Dishes come out sporadically so you are meant for slow dining. This is a good place to celebrate a special occasion or if you just want something different while in Kingston.

The accompanying classic shallot mignonette and horseradish were fantastic. For mains, I actually ordered the fritto misto di mare appetizer. It has fried shrimp, scallops, calamari, lemon and caper berries with caper-tarragon aïoli. I don't know if you're meant to eat the lemons and carpers too but I did and it was so delicious. We couldn't finish the two pizzas between us, so we brought the leftovers home and reheated it two days later. Somehow, the pizza was even better than the day of! We actually ordered an extra Nona Mela to bring home to one of my friends who was on the girls trip a few years ago, as she also has been thinking of this pizza. That's how good it is!
