The service is polite and attentive! The boss or manager made a point to chat with us too! The noodle soup base was quite good and mixed with the meat and noodles tasted great! However the vermicelli was a disappointment. The small portion of noodles and limited chicken (many pieces were also burnt too) took away from the experience. Just tried a bahn mi and it was the worst I've ever had. The bun was toasted probably because it was a stale sub bun. Nothing like a crispy outside, fluffy inside French style bun that is supposed to be used. The filling was very scant and tasteless. Not even a trace of cilantro. They charged Vancouver/Toronto prices but the bahn mi was half the size. Huge disappointment. If they can't even do this reasonably well, I have zero faith in anything else on the menu. I've mentioned this to others and they have all agreed. Would love to support a local spot both in Gan and Brockville, but needs huge improvement. read more

The general Tao chicken was the best dish of all we ordered, it is probably just bit above average. Two pho are ok, not great, the chicken was dry and chewy. The viet crepe had a lot of vegetables that was good. However, the crepe was a bit greasy for me, the cooking oil quality was on the lower side. We are tourists from Los Angeles and stopped at Pho Hut to have lunch and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The food reminds me of my dad cooking which is very Cantonese and Vietnamese. Merci and thank you so much and we are sure to come back. read more

By far the worst Thai food I have ever experienced. Vegetables were over cooked and mushy with zero flavour, maybe frozen veggiies. The pad Thai was completely tasteles. They dunked the pad Thai noodles in some kind of oil making them very slippery. The spring rolls were terrible. The rolls are large but it is a big mystery as to the ingredients In this dish. Would not recommend the food here. Would rate zero if possible. read more

I visited the second new location in Brockville. I found the food good and tasty. However the restaurant falls down on ambience in being more of a cafeteria type setting. The staff were not over welcoming. Basically come in, sit down , eat and leave. read more

The raw beef pho doesn't come with disappointment, after eating it, my stomach do feel more comfortable, and I'm very glad. Husband had the stir-fry udon noodle. Another delicious place that's (somewhat) recently opened up in Gan. Lots of other reviews and photos on TripAdvisor so check that out too if you fancy it. The owners were very warm and friendly, making small talk and happy to answer any questions or recommendations. Extensive menu with loads of options and average prices for a small town restaurant. We got the shrimp roll, chicken pho and the grilled chicken/pork chop combo with rice with an egg. All options got two thumbs up, very flavorful and good sized potions. We also picked up a jar of their satay sauce to use around the house, verdict is still out on the taste but I imagine if it's anything like our dinner it'll be tasty. Came here because the review was so great but it was a bit of a disappointment! The server nor the owner listened to anything I asked or said. The lemongrass chicken came out with butchered lemongrass. Since I like Thai basil chicken and they didn't have it on the menu, I asked if she could add it to the dish and she said yes but it wasn't added. She brought it out for me to add it myself at the table. I might as well as cook it myself. read more
