    Shrimp dumplings

We were coming home after a family reunion and I was craving pho. Glad we found Lotus. It's very clean and the service was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. I ordered a medium meatball pho and my husband had the chicken wings and shrimp dumplings. The pho was great. It easily rivals places we go to in the DC area. The broth was flavorful and the meatballs were delicious. It was a huge portion, so I haven't plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. My husband liked the dumplings and wings too. I enjoyed it so much I ordered an extra wonton soup to go. We will definitely be back next year.

The service was promo & courteous. The hot tea was served with a pretty pot & teacup set. The spring roll with barbecued pork was tasty, and the vermicelli noodle salad with grilled chicken was yummy! It was a fairly large room but well decorated, and the large booths gave you privacy. Very good food, good portions and reasonable prices. Go here - you won't be disappointed.

Food is amazing, staff is great! Ambiance is to a minimum. The broth is so authentic! I got the brisket pho, 10/10 recommend .

Long way from home and was caving some pho. I have tried take out from this place once and it was not good. If the order sets to long out, the lime in the bag with the vegetables start to go bad and when you mix it with the broth it gives it a bitter flavor. So watch out for that. I decided to give them a try again and got the chicken pho, it's similar to what I get back home, but the broth is not that flavorful however it is still good if you are craving some pho. I was also craving Vietnamese crepe (banh xeo), which I was surprised they served. I wish it came with more lettuce or some toppings. It had beef, shrimp, onions and bean sprouts. It was good. Buttery which is a bit different but all the flavors were there. The service was good, there was not a long wait for a Friday night. The restaurant has many seats, good for if you would like to dine in. I would come and try some other items.

We were in Watertown for a couple of days. While there, we had a craving for Pho. We went on our trusty Yelp app and found this place very close to our hotel. It was about 8:00 and only a few other customers were in the restaurant. So thankfully we didn't have to wait long for our orders to be taken. My husband ordered the pork and shrimp pho. I went for the seafood. It had shrimp, calamari, and fish eggs. Didn't ask what exactly they were, but they tasted good. Both the shrimp (6 large shrimp) and the calamari (plenty) were cooked perfectly. We had both ordered the medium-sized bowls, and they were HUGE. The waiter laughed when he saw our reaction and said 'you should see the large'! My leftovers filled a quart container, and this was after I ate plenty. Overall a really good meal, clean restaurant, and good service. If back in the area I'd definitely return. 2023-69

Went here for dinner. Ordered the medium size Shrimp and Pork Pho with Rice Noodles. I spiced it up with some of the hot chilli oil that was on the table with other condiments. The medium size was what most places serve as a large. I can only imagine what the large would be like. The service was fast and friendly. Just a short wait to get our food. If you are going to visit Watertown, NY or on your way to or from Thousand Islands, you dhould stop for a meal.

We were craving Pho tonight and it hit the spot! We had the House Special Pho and the egg rolls. Both very tasty. The large was big enough to share with my two kids and still had left overs. They're very generous with the servings. The broth was nothing special to rave over, but when you're in Watertown and you're craving some Asian flavors, this hit the spot. Left with very happy and full tummies

Decent Vietnamese food and very generous portions. I started with a spring roll which was full of shrimp. I was only able to eat one so took the other one home. for a main, I ordered the medium Pho, but should've ordered the smaller version. The medium was very large and had plenty of shrimp. My husband ordered the vegetarian version which was full of vegetables and tofu. The service is wonderful and the restaurant is conveniently located right off of Route 81 in Watertown. This was a pitstop on our way back from the Adirondacks and met all of our needs.

Came here for Banh mi it was pretty good this time. Had Vermicelli noodles with egg rolls it was a lot better... Unsure if cooks are different but food was better this time around...

Drinks- I ordered the unsweet tea and it was good, my husband ordered the iced Vietnamese tea and it tasted like sweet potato pie? Lol it was good just not what you would expect. Appetizer- ordered the egg rolls and they were so tiny! Way overpriced for the size . Plus they tasted mushy but the sauce they came with were great! Pho- the house special : only had one piece of each meat so very displeased with the amount of meat, the brisket pho was good the meat was tender however overall the pho lacked flavor and really needed four little things of hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce to make the flavor. And you could tell it wasn't fresh cause the bowls came out and the noodles where in a hard ball on the bottom! Like at least break up the noodles to show freshness. Waitress- she was wearing ripped leggings which wasn't good appearance, also forgot my husbands tea twice and our appetizer. I wouldn't mind but there was only one other table beside us so wasn't a reason to forget our orders and then be rude when we asked for the tea and rolls. Would come back but there is some improvements needed before I up the rating.

It's also easier to park here compared to the parent Saigon Delights establishment downtown. Food highlights at More Saigon Delights include: The pho is very good. It's a toss up between this place and Mekong for the best pho in Kingston. The broth here is lighter and more "plain" and that's not meant to be a criticism. It's a clearer, more refreshing broth in the pho at More Saigon Delights. Mekong pho has a heavier, beefier broth. Mekong's beef is better though -- that's the only place in Kingston where pho is served with rare sliced beef that's still rare when they set the bowl down in front of you. Back to the pho at More Saigon Delights: you will get a lemon to squeeze, and a little dish of sriracha and hoisin for adding to your bowl or for dipping. Other items like cilantro and bean sprouts will already be in your bowl of pho. Some die hard pho aficionados insist on the plate of garnishes; well, you won't find that in Kingston so you'll have to do with this way (already added to the bowl). The rice dishes at More Saigon Delights are all very good too. Excellent level of spice, lots of veggies (if in the dish) and the beef/chicken/pork that's in the dish is usually perfectly prepared. Their fried hu tieu (fried noodles) is good-to-very good. Lastly, their bun is a Kingston favourite. Can't go wrong with the bun cha gio #5 or #6 (with grilled meat) because the cha gio (deep fried spring rolls) are excellent here. I think you aren't likely to walk away from here thinking this was the "best" Vietnamese you've ever had. But, each time you finish eating here, you will walk away thinking "yes, that was really good again"...and the same next time...and again when you're back the next time, and at last you realize why it is you come here more often than other restaurants in town.

To be honest one of the worst tasting "viet / Thai" food that I have had. Super unauthentic because I believe it is owned & made by Chinese people. My shrimp roll was basically 95% white vermicelli with 3 shrimps that were sliced in halves and a big piece of lettuce ... all I tasted was white bland noodles. The sauce they gave was very thin and runny (I think water mixed with hoisin sauce?) I didn't know it was possible to have a viet salad roll gone wrong.. The beef noodle was verrry basic at most, very little beef pieces and 50% random vegetables mixed into the noodle. Tasted very much like something out of a food court.. if you are used to the typical and authentic Thai / Viet food you will be highly disappointed with it here. But it seems like Kingston doesn't have much viet/Thai restaurants to compare to.

This renowned establishment, primarily known for its takeout options, promised to deliver a unique and memorable experience. As we entered the restaurant on a warm weekend, I couldn't help but admire the tastefully designed decor and the ambiance that was a perfect blend of tranquility and cultural authenticity. The safe and spacious seating arrangements complemented the contemporary expectations of comfort and safety, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. However, the promising first impression began to wane as we encountered a noticeable shortcoming--customer service. For a restaurant of such stature, I anticipated a warm and inviting reception. Regrettably, our arrival was met with indifference. The employee behind the counter, absorbed in their computer, provided only a cursory nod in acknowledgment. Our party was left to our own devices, with no one extending a greeting or guiding us to a table. After seating ourselves, a considerable amount of time elapsed before a server finally attended to our needs and initiated the order-taking process. Oddly, the restaurant was far from crowded during our visit, with only two other tables occupied. This made the lackluster service even more perplexing. The sluggishness of the service extended to every aspect of our dining experience. Our inquiries for recommendations, especially considering my limited knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, yielded disappointingly sparse information. The lack of guidance left me questioning whether I would return to this establishment. The true litmus test of any dining experience, however, lies in the food. In this regard, Pho did have its moments. Several dishes from the à la carte menu presented generous portions that were challenging to finish, even for my adult son. The flavors were generally good, with a delightful taste that teased the palate. Yet, the devil was in the details. Regrettably, my order for spicy fried rice with extra hot sauce left me wanting. The dish that arrived at our table was far from the fiery delight I had anticipated, and I had to request additional hot sauce to salvage the spiciness I had hoped for. In conclusion, my inaugural experience at Pho was a mixed bag, defined by both highs and lows. The exquisite decor and ambiance, coupled with the delectable flavors of some dishes, provided moments of culinary delight. However, the subpar customer service, lack of guidance, and inconsistencies in food preparation marred what could have been an exceptional dining experience. While I appreciate the positives, it is clear that improvements are needed in areas critical to a memorable dining adventure. Whether or not I return to Pho in the future will depend on the degree to which these issues are addressed. I hope to see the restaurant reach its full potential, offering a consistently outstanding experience to diners who seek a taste of Vietnamese cuisine.
