It's pretty humorous that a gringo style Chinese joint 30 miles from the Canadian border in Watertown is better than literally anything we have in the Saratoga Springs area....but yeah this place is prompt, fresh, and visually appealing Chinese food (not gloppy). I got the mooshu chicken and teriyaki sticks.... none of this is rocket science but it wasn't greasy and the chicken was not fried in the oil like some places do. This is a military town so maybe there are folks from larger cities and the west coast that demand a better pac-rim/asian/Chinese product. Based upon a recommendation from a local, I ordered "to-go". After a 30-min drive getting to camp, I found the ordered Fried Dumplings w/ an extremely thick outer flour wrapping, rather than the typical thin wrapping, making them very "doughy". In addition, they were w/o any dumpling sauce. The prom fried rice was missing the typical scrambled egg ingredient, scant peas, carrots and onion and scant pork pieces. The hot n sour soup was missing bamboo shoots and pork. After a long drive, I was so disappointed and left hungry since the dumplings were inedible, the rice bland and the soup lacking normal ingredients. In fairness the spring rolls were fine. I'd been happier w/ a quick drive-through of fast food. Prices were typical - food quality was blatantly not. I certainly will not be stopping there again. read more

Watertown is lacking in good food, this is by far the best Chinese in the area, and it should have higher stars. They take longer to cook the food because it is fresh, it is flavorful and they have many options. Never had bad service, easy pickup and take out food. You will not be disappointed. I used to consider this my go to Chinese restaurant...NOT ANY MORE!...they cook large batches of szechuan chicken and dont stir them during the day and you either get bland or off the bottom inedible hot. This place blew us away, and we're familiar with Chinatown dishes in Toronto! Within a 2 day stay in Watertown, we ordered from here three times and tried over 8 different dishes! The taste, speed, and quantity are outstanding! And, each dish is prepared uniquely so that the ingredients and flavours don't cross over. For only $5.25, you get a filling lunch dish with plentiful meat, veggies, and fried/white rice. The size is not overblown due to the bulk of undercooked veggies, or starchy gravy, or deep-fried, doughy coatings. You get a fairly fine meal with authentic Asian seasonings (not overly salty or saturated with msg), well-marinated meat, and impeccably stir fried veggies that are even well-presented! Mind you, this outfit isn't furnished to be a dine-in facility, per say, although it has four tables to accommodate quick bites. (No washroom, no tableware.) But, for take-out--it's fabulous! This is my second time here and the food is pretty good! I ordered some wings and fries . The brown rice was fresh the wings were cooked perfectly. Super Wok used to be my favorite Chinese takeout in the Watertown, NY area. In the last 3-4 months, the taste and quality have gone downhill and the food seems really expensive. I ordered one dish of tofu and mixed vegetables, two eggrolls and two orders of steamed dumplings, and the total was $30! The tofu was overcooked and soggy, and tasted like old cooking oil. This is my GO-TO spot to order some good authentic Chinese​ food. ​I always order over the phone for pick up and usually takes around 10-20 minutes. I've been coming here for years. The food is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it's delicious and flavorful and other times it's bland and not very good. I've also been given the wrong food before. I've ordered pork egg rolls only to bite in and find that it was shrimp. After having to stab myself with an epi-pen I had to go back to get my order fixed. This afternoon I ordered sesame chicken. Half way through I found a bug in my sauce. Totally grossed out and won't be going again. read more

Got home and my order was wrong. The weather was pretty crappy and driving back to get it corrected wasn't really an option. Got take out from here again. I ordered chicken and broccoli with just broccoli and no other vegetables. I get home and it's literally just broccoli. There was no chicken!! We paid $8 for just broccoli and rice. That's now twice that I've gotten take out from this place and twice my order has been wrong. This used to be my favorite Chinese place, I don't know what happened. read more

Super Wok fails to live up to its name. But they do have large woks. There's nothing particularly bad about Super Wok, but it simply fails to distinguish itself from the multitude of tiny take-out Chinese restaurants out there. A bored-looking Brooklyn native runs the place, apparently, and I don't know if it was the late hour of our calling or what, but the food was just boring and unimpressive. As is typical with lower-end Chinese places, there are basically two sauces: dark and light. These are thrown together with whatever ingredients a dish calls for and served without much consideration. Super Wok might be good for a late-night Chinese food run, but stay away if you're seeking good Chinese cuisine. read more

Friendly. Best quick Asian food in Watertown. I thought the Phad Thai tasted better than the expensive Thai place on the other end of town.

I have eaten at this place several times in the past 3 years and I will say based on my opinion, it does not matter what the employees look like, bored, depressed, they are Chinese and work like never seen, and serve the best food I ever had at a Chinese Restaurant. Better than any Chinese Buffet, believe me. The Hibachi Dinners are super. You can either eat there, or take out. Love it. Cooked fresh per order. Only thing I wish is they put Bean Sprouts in their dinners, which they never carry even though their menu states them. I highly recommend this place to everyone wishing they had better food than any of the located in and around Watertown, NY Chinese Buffets. No dried out foods from this restaurant. If you are looking for a step above the rest, I suggest trying Tia Cuisine beside Dunkin Doughnuts near Walmart on US highway 11 near the Fort Drum entrance. read more

This is honest to GOD by far the sh--tiest of all sh--ty chinese food I have ever had....and I've had some sh--ty chinese. From all over the country. This place wins, hands down, worst. Husband and I got fried rice, boneless ribs, egg roll, beef sticks, sweet and sour chicken. Got home, bag had my order with nasty hard boneless greasy ribs, rice that was a strange color and no flavor, they forgot but charged us for the beef sticks, and husbands chicken was dry chicken---no sauce. When we were in there, the 2 other customers were 2 obvious heroin junkies. Our order came to $16 or so. I ate 3 bites of food and tossed it, and have never done that. Bad chinese is one thing...but this was a whole level of horrible I never imagined. Stay away from it. Interior was filthy as well. read more

This place has awesome food for a very affordable price. The restaurant is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. I highly recommend this place I just wish it was closer to Fort Drum. This place is way better and cleaner then Panda Wok. read more

The food is delicious, very fresh & nice sized portions. My only complaint is they don't deliver on post. I will eat there again for sure.
