I almost ordered the chicken chow mein and the person I spoke with on the phone informed me that it wasn't the one with the noodles so I changed it to lo mein and I'm glad he told me that. Um, now to the food. The food was great. It deff taste good, so no complaints there. It is more of an American style Chinese food though. My wife is korean and that's what she told me. However, it doesn't taste bad at all. It taste really good, and has a lot of flavor. The price is by far the best price I've seen around watertown for how much you get with your money. Delivery was okay speed. About 45 minutes. I'll deff be ordering here again soon. -1 star because it's not the best I have ever ate but it still taste great!

I have ordered food from this restaurant and let me tell you, I ordered general tos chicken with…read morepork fried rice and an egg roll my girlfriend Got , some sort of clear noodle dish as well as an egg roll. When we got the food, the chicken was literally hard to the point where it must have been burnt or overcooked so I threw it in the garbage also the egg rolls were dripping oil badly again the second restaurant I ordered food from that they rush, rush, rush, and don't take the time to prepare your food correctly from my personal experience I would not recommend ever going or ordering from 2000 Chinese restaurants again horrible experience. I do this for a living writing up reviews on restaurants so when I say don't waste your money on horrible food, I mean it you can do what you want, but that's my experience.

It was a weekday I was off work so me and my girlfriend decided let's get Chinese food and let's…read moreget it delivered. Anyway the meals were hideous my general tossed chicken was burnt hard as a rock. My dog didn't even want it on top of that. The egg rolls were filled with oil. U know normally they put napkins, in the egg roll bags so it absorbs the oil not this place. The whole bag was filled with oil. Everything we ordered was. I hate to say this but nasty shitty wasn't worth a dollar I wouldn't order from there if it was free food and free delivery that's a promise so I suggest if you're looking for real good Chinese food please don't go to United China in Watertown, New York because the worst Chinese food I've had in 40 years so sad. Maybe they need to stop rushing orders and take time on cooking the food correctly especially when you're spending 60 hard earned dollars for food to be thrown in the garbage. Literally, I would rate them a zero star, but unfortunately, you got to rate A1 star.

It's pretty humorous that a gringo style Chinese joint 30 miles from the Canadian border in…read moreWatertown is better than literally anything we have in the Saratoga Springs area....but yeah this place is prompt, fresh, and visually appealing Chinese food (not gloppy). I got the mooshu chicken and teriyaki sticks.... none of this is rocket science but it wasn't greasy and the chicken was not fried in the oil like some places do. This is a military town so maybe there are folks from larger cities and the west coast that demand a better pac-rim/asian/Chinese product. Between the pho joint, the sushi place, and this take-out joint...they are pretty lucky to have these in the tundra of New York.

Based upon a recommendation from a local, I ordered "to-go". After a 30-min drive getting to camp,…read moreI found the ordered Fried Dumplings w/ an extremely thick outer flour wrapping, rather than the typical thin wrapping, making them very "doughy". In addition, they were w/o any dumpling sauce. The prom fried rice was missing the typical scrambled egg ingredient, scant peas, carrots and onion and scant pork pieces. The hot n sour soup was missing bamboo shoots and pork. After a long drive, I was so disappointed and left hungry since the dumplings were inedible, the rice bland and the soup lacking normal ingredients. In fairness the spring rolls were fine. I'd been happier w/ a quick drive-through of fast food. Prices were typical - food quality was blatantly not. I certainly will not be stopping there again.

If you're in the area and want a decent meal, this seems to be the spot. We did takeout, and oddly…read moreenough, a few things on the menu weren't available, which honestly knocked it down a star. For the area, I'd probably give it a 3.5, but I'm giving it the extra half because, let's be honest, the other choices around here are kinda meh. I stayed in the car while my friend went in, but from what I could tell, it's a small setup with maybe two people working. We got the house fried rice, house Pad Thai and fried spring rolls also fried tofu with ginger. Everything was tasty, filling and did the job. A little PSA on the spice level: We ordered mild-medium because we still wanted to actually be able to eat our food and it was still a little hot for us. So if you're sensitive to heat, I'd definitely err on the side of mild. They also share a parking lot, so parking/pickup is easy. Would I go back? Probably. Especially because, in this area, your options are a little... limited.

This was a surprising gem of a find in Watertown. I was meeting a friend who is at Fort Drum, and…read morewe really wanted to get some Korean food. We were very pleased with the food, and location near the base. Many people were coming in to take out so you could tell that this is a loved spot. I ordered bibimbap and it was very very good. I typically like the dolsot bibimbap, but it was not an option, so I was surprised how good my dish was. The vegetables were fresh and well cooked, the flavors were excellent. The beef was very tasty. I also enjoyed the banchan - in particular the cucumber kimchee was fantastic. It was probably the best I've had anywhere (at least in recent memory). The regular cabbage kimchee was good too, and the pickled daikon were tangy. They offer small, medium and large sides of the banchan, and I could definitely see ordering extra of those. Our server said she makes the cucumber kimchee fresh every day multiple times a day to keep the cukes from getting soggy. My friend got the Ja Jang Myon which was very good too. The noodles were a great texture, and the portion of meat and sauce was generous. You can also get soju here! The only thing that is keeping my review from being 5 stars is the price. While I understand that these prices are probably necessary given the location, it was much higher than in a larger city such as Rochester. But other than that, I had a great experience and would come back again!
