Welcome - A tall, free-standing directory sign inside a shopping mall features a list of store categories and services across two levels. The sign includes sections for men's, women's, kids & baby, specialty shops, home, furniture, mattresses, executive offices, and restrooms. It also provides information about at-your-service options and a QR code for the app. The sign is positioned near an escalator and has a clean, organized layout with clear text for easy navigation.

The Macy's in Bolingbrook is a well organized store that is the anchor of this mall. I had stopped in to see the new Toys R Us area and was happy to see two separate areas of toys. We continued shopping and found unique clothing items. If you in the area stop in you will be pleased with their selection.

The image shows a retail store checkout counter with a dark wood finish. A cash register is positioned on top of the counter. In front of the counter, there is an open cardboard box on the beige carpeted floor. The background includes store displays, signage, and lighting fixtures on the ceiling, indicating an indoor shopping environment.

One word slowww. Purchased jewelry online for a curbside order and it wasn't what I expected. Waited 50 minutes and am still currently waiting to do a return because you can only return jewelry at the jewelry counter. One associate was working very slow. She is not even acknowledging the other customers waiting .

The clothing selection and value are always top notch. I always check their prices first.

Macy's at the promenade in Bolingbrook has gone downhill badly. It usually is a mess and looks like a tornado has blown thru.

I came in with an order for 13 suits, I had all of the sizes written down along with each groomsman/Dad's name. Normally you would think they would value your business and go to great lengths to make this an easy process. Unfortunately they were very poorly equipped to handle large orders and didn't seem to go the extra mile to make this a painless experience on me. I had several major issues with them from losing a suit, giving groomsmen their wrong shirts, to not even calling the groomsmen when their suits were delivered to their local store. But one thing made me extremely angry. When we bought the suits both my wife and I were lead to believe that the tailoring was included in the price of the suits. BOTH of us were under this impression after speaking with the store manager and paying. When it came time to get the suits tailored, they charged everyone for the tailoring. I was very upset by this as they claimed they "point blank" told us that it was extra for tailoring. If they "point blank" told us, don't you think between my wife and I that one of us would have had the correct information? They then gave us some run around that had very little legitimate merit. I'm not going to get into the details of the other things they messed up but as a groom who had a ton going on with all that is involved with planning a wedding, the last thing I needed was for the suits to be a huge headache. You would think an organization like this would be well equipped to handle weddings and make it as seamless as possible on customer, but this is definitely not the case.

She put the jacket on and I loved the look she then had me put on the pants and gave me shoes to help with the fitting. She recommended what to shorten, lengthen etc. Then she asked if I needed any shirts and ties. I said yes and asked her to recommended something nice. She put together two shirts and a tie (a purple shirt I probably never would have picked out but loved). I had a great time and was out the door in 40min, spent $450 total for suit, 2 shirts, tie, and alterations! The whole experience was great to just walk in and have someone outfit you and care if you look and feel great! If your not a big suit person or have questions or apprehension about buying a suit go see Annie!

Posting some friends oh my gosh you guys need to get here! So after all this time in this stupid store that doesn't open up until 11:00 there were like six people waiting at the door for like 30 minutes. Then I spend my time picking out the items to purchase. And then even though I was the first person in the store and I found these signs and I picked out the items that I want. I come to find out as they tell me that everything on that rack is not the price. Oh my God seriously? Then maybe they should select the items that they do not want to sell for that price and remove them. Instead of saying yeah here select items are nine bucks but you won't find them on this rack. Jewel way worse on that though too (or to download their app). Normally, I'd give 3 stars, but I'm currently avoiding due to the fact they sold me moldy buns (Dave's). I bought them on November 10th, but the expiration date was 10/31 (which I didn't look at until after I noticed the green bread I was holding and almost bit into). 6 month ban for that. Sickening. THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN…read more Sometimes it's nice to venture to the far end of where you live, even if it's just a beer run. Of the two Meijer stores in Bolingbrook, this is the eastern location near I-355 & Boughton Rd. It's off of Janes Ave in the same general vicinity as IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Discount Tire. The store is laid out in a mirror image of the one I'm used to, so it took me a while to find what I needed. A 12pk of Half Acre Daisy Cutter was marked down to $18 (normally $25) and a 4pk of Stella Artois tallboys was $7, also a very good deal. I only bought booze on this trip, so I can't comment on the quality or availability of produce. The shopping floor seemed clean and well-organized. I made use of the US Bank ATM inside and couldn't help but notice it was much smaller than the behemoth at the Meijer on Weber Rd, AKA Bolingbrook West. I stood there slightly hunched over, punching in my PIN on a keypad that seemed tiny by comparison. Were Derek Zoolander present, he would've said "what is this, a cash machine for ants??" During self-checkout, the guy who came over to scan my ID for the beer waved his badge and was greeted with the classic 21st century nuisance--dude's password had expired! He politely retreated to his master terminal, coming back several minutes later to finish ringing me up. A minor inconvenience, plus I got a decent chuckle out of it. Glad I'm not the only one that happens to. * TL;DR * It's not the one I usually hit up, but Bolingbrook's other Meijer is A-OK. The store was tidy and I found what I needed. Self-checkout took longer than I would've liked, though not a huge issue. I don't imagine I'll come here much in the future as the one on Weber is merely a stone's throw from my house. This strikes me as a decent Meijer servicing the people of eastern Bolingbrook, Woodridge, and Darien.
