For example...this past week I finally earned my $10 coupon with their rewards card program and I got a pair of asics and a pair of work shoes for $70 total....not bad. The work shoes were on sale for $20, so half off = $10. One problem I do have here often is finding my size which is 9 1/2. I always seem to find alternatives though when it comes to athletic shoes. I also compare their selection to kohl's ...they may not have the best and newest of shoes that just come out, they seem to be a season behind or something. In fact, I'm pretty sure I did not find athletic shoes that I liked and opted for Kohls or Famous Footwear. But, of all my visits here the staff are friendly, don't bother you like they're trying to sell you shoes or anything like that. I will continue to come here though as an option for shoes, especially when they're having a sale!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them the exact shoe, color and size. Lissie checked and said they don't have them in store but was I willing to check another location? I said yes and she checked right then and there. She said another store had them and if I was willing to wait a day or two she would personally pick them up and bring them back to the location closest to me. I have never been offered that and thought that was super awesome! I "ordered" them today and will get them Thursday morning. Very excited and super impressed!

One thing I noticed is the selection as far as brands goes has really shrunk. If you like Nike (which I do) Footlocker has an excellent selection. I often suffer from foot pain with anything over 2 miles, so I was curious to see if I could do better and they delivered! The first time I stopped by, I tried on 4 different shoes from 3 different brands, 2 of which I was completely unaware of. I was in the middle between two different shoes from Topa, but they assured me that I could take them out, run in them, and if it wasn't what I was looking for I could come back and exchange for the other pair. Thankfully they offered that, because after I finished my first run in my new shoes I was in no better place than I was in my old shoes. I went back the very next day, went with the second pair that I was deciding between, and gave them a shot that night. Went out and did 4 miles with nearly no foot pain whatsoever! I couldn't be happier! Peak Running also offers a wide variety of polarized sunglasses (at a very reasonable price), running equipment, and men's/women's clothing. And one of the best parts? They have beer! 8 taps in fact! Unfortunately I was out during my lunch break at work, but next time I shop here I will be sure to come on off hours to take advantage of this!

I was greeted very kindly by Kelly, a store associate on a recent occasion and think it's a really huge, great store with always several options on hand if you're willing to walk around. Customers can try out the clearance section, and browse the different isles. Very informative staff at this location as well.

Nowhere on any of the signs did it say clearance shoes were not included. When I got to the register the salesperson very rudely stated that the clearance shoe could not be used for the bogo. They wasted my time in searching for shoes and lost my business. Why not put any exemptions on the sign so people know up front. Won't be returning, too many other places I can shop.

This Marshalls is well kept and nicely organized. I am just subtracting a star because there are some items you oddly will not find. The last time I was there, a couple of weeks ago, they did not have any dresses. No outerware other than jackets (no hats, gloves, etc.). No jewelry (they haven't sold that jewelry for decades).
