I can't point exactly what it is but the quality of shoes doesn't seem the same. They are Merrell but feel like a lower quality version. Maybe they have a different manufacturer or made some compromises but as a long time customer it was disappointing. For now I will stick to REI. Store staff needs better customer skills as they hover you to the point of making you feel uncomfortable, so I left and they lost sales. Maybe they don't want to sell shoes. Overall Merrell used to be a great shoe company with excellent customer service not sure what happened to this location not really inclined to go back again.

The store was organized and clean. The staff circled around asking if anyone needed help. They were a little disingenuous because when I asked for help the young lady rolled her eyes. Prices vary from outlet to outlet on the clearance area. The regular sales are the same at every store. They will ship to your home from the store or order your shoes and have them shipped from another location.

Since my mom cannot walk too long she was sitting on the trial bench and we were bringing her shoes to try on. Tried to ask the store associate for finding some sizes and he was not at all helpful. Then another associate came and was very rude. He asked me to put back every box that we were trying on back on the respective racks. Not only was he angry he wanted me to act like an employee and put back all the boxes in the respective. All of this while other customers are leaving the boxes on the floor and other locations after trials. I asked for the manager and I was shocked to seee that the associate who was rude was the manager!!! It's best to go and get what you need and get out. It may help the line move quicker. It's a fun place to visit limited in the newer edition of shoes. You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. He takes a little more time with his selections than I do. There is a really nice coffee shop that opened up in the place of Starbucks. Right next door is a macaroon shop. I'm not Imelda Marcos so I don't need 1,220 pairs of shoes. Skechers are so comfortable.
