I couldn't resist but to go around and look at everything. I felt like buying everything. This Vera Bradley location is very clean, organized, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The displays are nicely put and look attractive. All in all, professional. If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back. Later that day my order arrived before she even called me, so I was pleasantly surprised! My bag is strong and gorgeous and I'm in love with it!! I will be using it as my perfect new school bag and I can't wait! Love this brand, my current new obsession.

I promise you TJ Maxx even Macy's will give you a better price better material and better service than this piece of shit place. In this economy, when luxury handbags are unaffordable for most of the population, Coach is considered affordable luxury. While I really dislike how many of their products have the logo splashed all over, their leather bags are actually made really well. Don't totally sleep on them. They're at least worth a look and they aren't covered with the cringy signature C. I really love the travel backpack. It's well constructed and one of the best I've ever purchased. It'll be a favorite for a long time. I also love the skirt I bought. It is constructed so well and fits beautifully. It's fully lined and a classic style that will never go out of style. I'm done with fast fashion and this skirt isn't that. The store was packed with people but plenty of employees asked if I needed help.

If you do not read the signs with the specials, don't worry, they will catch it at the register and give you an opportunity to fulfill required items to get the discounted price. What's to say? I use only black Dago T/wife beater T Shirts & an occasional white Dago T/wife beater T shirt when I wear a dress shirt so the black color doesn't bleed through. For me I only get the black underpants. I bought their white low cut ankle socks before, but I don't think the quality is that good. The elastic band always fail on the Jockey socks so they will sag down or pull off completely whenever I take off my shoes or pants. Now I only buy Nike low cut ankle socks. Customer service is supposed to have a little bit of empathy to a certain extent depending on the situation. Just because my toddlers are loud and running around does not give a worker the right to have a negative judgement on what kind of shopper I am. I've been in retail for 7 years and on going, I would never make a PARENT or anyone who is obviously having a difficult time feel the way I did throughout this experience.
