WOW! What an amazing shopping experience! I visited Versona…read morefor the first time about a month ago, and I absolutely loved it! The merchandise is beautiful, great quality, and reasonably priced. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Manager Melissa was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice, and the associates, Kristen and Bianka, were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes, including checking online when needed. The atmosphere is so warm, friendly, and welcoming that I have already come back two more times -- and I keep finding amazing fall clothing! I highly recommend Versona for the beautiful merchandise, great prices, and especially the exceptional customer service. I can't wait to come back again! Mariola

From being greeted the minute I…read morewalked in by Marissa, to Wendy in the fitting room grabbing sizes for me, everyone I encountered was SO kind, helpful, and honestly, they just made shopping fun! Loft was actually my first store I stopped in. I ventured around the mall for a while after, and every other store felt so short staffed, nobody greeted me, I had to find associates to help me, etc., after an hour or so, I ended up going back to Loft and shopping more! I appreciate a kind and helpful environment when I shop. Not to mention the associates made me feel excited and happy to be there! Definitely recommend this spot. Also - since it's at a super busy outlet mall, the best times to go to avoid a crowd are first thing when they open on the weekends, and weeknights in the few hours before the mall closes.

I tried on many things and I want to commend this location on its exemplary service!!! Bianca helped me (and other associates) but she made sure to pull items she thought I would like and gave her honest opinion on everything!!! All the associates smiled, were pleasant and fun! They started a dressing room right away and found sizes immediately! Thank you Bianca!!! I have never experienced such helpful and genuine service! I actually went next door to BCBG and the store wasn't as nice and the sales people were cordial but their standard of assistance was pretty much going "oh I hope you are finding everything okay." I ended up buying a suit set and saved $500 off the retail price for quality and well tailored items! I wish this store was closer but it's probably better for my wallet that its far away haha Five stars for service, cleanliness of store, quality of merchandise and beautiful simple displays!!!! *retail highs*

I walked into BCBG and deftly made my way through the racks, until I landed upon the sexiest pair of black skinny jeans I've ever seen. Yes, zippers have become de riguer again as of late, but this particular pair has zippers on the back of the leg instead of the side. Less 80s, more sexpot. Can't wait to team them with a new pair of shiny black stilettos! I also picked up two beautiful leather belts and a long, dangly necklace. Very boho and effortlessly chic. Most everything is on sale right now, too... if you can find an excuse to get to Aurora, I highly suggest you do. Before I come back and buy out the entire store! Happy shopping.

I'm not sure why bother placing sizes on a rack where nothing is in the right location. I went to the store twice in three days, first by myself to scavenge for a deal and the second with the wife. She found a pair of jeans for $27 in the extra 50% off clearance area however after 10 minutes of looking she had enough. The staff is fair to bad. Some tic the clearance items were not marked or not tagged and asked for a price check was as if you were interrupting their day. It's what's expected when most of the stores are searching for help. Good employees may be hard to find.
