Beautiful boutique with unique clothing, purses and jewelry. Awesome customer service as well! I live an hour away, but still drive in to shop their store. Wish they would open another Karisma in the northwest suburbs, perhaps in the Barrington area. They would get a ton of biz there! read more

The staff is wonderful ! They are very helpful. Willing to put an outfit together for you to try on. They have amazing accessories.! I never get bored shopping there! A one of a kind shoppe! read more

Karisma used to be upstairs in the same building but now it's on the ground floor and has doors on both Washington and coming in from the courtyard in back, so if you're coming from the little parking garage next to Barnes and Noble you don't have to come all the way around on the street. Staff was super friendly (I particularly interacted with Christine) and there are lots of nice accessories (including a charm bracelet bar!) Clothes were a little costly for me but some nice options. Would stop in again while shopping downtown! read more

Karisma Boutique - Business card - Jewelry Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Have been a customer at Karisma for several years now. Discovered Karisma when my son was at student at North Central College. Had a fun experience shopping with my friend recently. Amazing selection of cute, unique clothing and accessories. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend! read more

This is a really cool store! My friend Kathleen and I visited on Saturday and probably spent a little over an hour in here! There were so many cool things to look at! I ended up just buying some jewelry, but really fell in love with so many things (I think I'll be going back!) They have really unique items -clothing, purses, jewelry, accessories. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were some ladies from Oswego there going to an event and the staff was helping the pick out the perfect dress and jewelry. We all started bonding and had so much fun talking about the items and offering suggestions to each other! I found the prices to be pretty reasonable. I little more expensive than, say, a discount chain store. -But you are paying to the quality and the unique items -these are not mass produced items. They are beautiful -many hand-made -and "one of a kind." You won't have to worry about anyone having the same items! So glad we planned an outing in downtown Naperville. We had a blast and this store was a big part of our fun day out! read more

I love this place! I have been in there a handful of times and each time have found something I love. The prices for the costume/fashion jewelry are reasonable and, unlike other places, I have not had jewelry falling apart on me after wearing it once or twice. During my latest visit I was able to purchase a few items for a wedding. The range of casual - fancy is great for such a small space. The women in the shop have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend popping in to check it out! read more

I can't believe there are not more ratings for this wonderful hidden gem!! This place not only has unique items and very reasonable prices but their staff is EXTREMELY helpful and kind! Who could find a better combination than that?!?! Don't pass this great little place by -- go up those stairs - you'll definitely find something you'll like!!! read more

There are a lot of great stores on downtown Naperville but this one is one of my new favorites!! I had walked by this store many times but never gone in until the Naperville sidewalk sale, my loss!! I was pleasantly surprised to find a store full of fun, unique clothing that was affordable! My friend and I found several items each to try on and both bought more than one of them (I bought all fall clothing and am so antsy to wear it!!) The stores carries blouses, sweaters, dresses, jewelry, and a variety of accessories (I also bought a "girls night" clutch), I don't remember if they had bottoms or shoes...sorry!! The staff were all friendly and made our experience pleasant. Next time you are shopping downtown, stop by, you won't be disappointed :) read more

I had a good experience when in search of something new to wear at a fancy restaurant. I did well, with help from a very nice lady. Skirt, earrings, bracelet, and I even got a first-timer discount for liking them on Facebook. Nice selection of clothing, prices were a good range. They sell Free People....*salivate*. read more

I came to Naperville for a wedding from Texas without a dress. This was the first place I stopped and did not go any farther. Such great help and I found exactly what I wanted complete with jewelry. Then when I said I needed to find shoes she gave me her card and said seriously we wear same size, I can run a pair of dress shoes over here! So sweet! I I found some at Nordstrom rack which is overwhelming to me. But i will be back here in December to shop. Love small boutiques!! You have to shop here! read more

When in a pinch or looking for a special gift Karisma is my go to spot. Over the years I have found beautiful and affordable pieces to wear and give as gifts. Hidden away on top of Potbelly's the staff at Karisma is always very helpful in finding what you are looking for. If you park on the lower level of the garage closest to Washington there is a walkway to Washington to get to Karisma's door. A lot easier than looking for parking on Washington! read more

I love this store!! I always find awesome deals and great presents for my friends! They have great jewelry...I would relate to Stella and dot but WAY less expensive and good quality! Also they let me bring my 12lb dog in.. I held her but I always love a dog friendly store! read more

If you are looking for something fun and unique, this is the store to shop. They not only have great clothing, they also sell beautiful jewelry, purses and shoes. The women working there are very helpful with pulling things together. I found a great top today that was just a tad big...it was tailored to fit me right on the spot. Anytime I wear on of there clothing items, I get tons of compliments. My daughter even steals my tops to wear. read more

I Love this little boutique! Every time I wear an outfit or an accessory from Karisma I get so many compliments. I love getting the texts about their sales. I think the price point is great but I wish it were a little more consistent. Sometimes I pick up a piece and go to the fitting room and find out it is totally out of my price range when all the other pieces are priced so great. Otherwise, i love the store. I love their dresses. The staff is very sweet but not pushy which I appreciate especially in such a small space. I tell all my friends about this store! read more

I think the owner runs a great business, centered on customer satisfaction. It's easy to see how passionate, thoughtful, and devoted she is to the success of her boutique. Karisma has a beautiful selection of unique clothing, jewelry, and accessories to choose from. There's also a bathroom, which is a handy addition. read more
