A Caucasian lady walks in right behind me and she is asked if she needs anything and is greeted politely. I walked around the entire store and not once did any sales person acknowledge or ask me if I needed help but they fawned over every other customer there. I was the only non Caucasian customer, btw. And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. This is the third time I have been into this location. Twice by myself and once with my husband. The first time I was by myself, I was treated different. Couldn't put my finger on it until the next time when my husband came with me to this location. We were followed around like common thieves, bothered repeatedly. I had items placed in the fitting room by staff, tried on, purchased and left. Very unwelcoming location. The third time, while I was within the vicinity, I brought with me a pair of jeans in which I had purchased at the Naperville Illinois location a few days prior. The metal "Whitehouse Black Market" tag had popped off the back pocket of the jeans. On June 23, 2025 while I was in the area I needed exchange these jeans without an attitude from Terri. She refused to call Naperville, claimed the jeans were clearance-which they were not, refused to listen to me, argumentative, rude, wasting my time. I called Naperville, was given the clothing item number, provided that to Terri however she still couldn't or wouldn't find online or order so I had Naperville hold the same pair of jeans because Terri wouldn't call and do her job, claims that these jeans are clearance-they are not, they are brand new, this store just did not know the the Whitehouse black market clothing that is brand new or not updated-whatever, not my problem. She claimed that no stores carried these. manager, Jenny came to assist and had to tell Terri to go in the back as she kept running her mouth and continuing to be disrespectful. The best part-lol is when she walked past me and put her middle finger on her face a flipped me off. How old are you woman that you are so caddy, disrespectful and think this veteran military cop is not going to call corporate and say something. Did the district manager ever call me to apologize-no. So here's the review that I promised would happen. Oh as to following a person around the store and attempting to demean our net worth wrong people folks to do that to. Might want to check some fact history on who we are and what we have. They have a wide variety of items from fine jewelry to the most eclectic goods. From the outside you wouldn't expect it to be as large as it is, but it does span through multiple rooms. Many areas/rooms have themes like holiday, clearance, collectibles, household goods. It is very well organized. Store is pretty strict on "no large bag/backpack" policy but all employees were very friendly and respectful carrying it out. This place is not at all overpriced and you can certainly find some affordable gems without looking too hard.
