When I first walked in, 2 salesmen saw me and didn't acknowledge me at all. I was going to walk out immediately because I knew it was not going to be my style at all, but I meandered to the women's area and I was right. The merchandise is stuck in the bad, not cool 80s and old fashion style. As I was heading to the door, one of the men that ignored me initially was blocking the door. When he finally acknowledged my existence, I thought he wasn't going to move. I stuck my hand out to open the door and he grudgingly half-ass opened it and said goodbye and replied bye, but he must have not heard me and started to condescendingly say other things. He also got a dress shirt, tie and suspenders! Clotheshorse carries not only big and tall but standard sizes as well, and casual wear as well as suits and formal wear. When I received an email that there was a 50% off sale, I decided to visit the Naperville store to check out the new winter coats. The store was well organized and a good variety of sizes and styles. We were promptly greeted by associate #956617 (sorry didn't catch her name, but her number was on the receipt) who was very helpful. The Superior Parka caught my eye in a Bronze color. Unfortunately there wasn't one on the floor in that color. Luckily secret agent #956617 scoured the back room and found one in my size and color tucked away. My latest addition to parka collection is in the closet awaiting cold weather to be put to use. It's actually quite amazing how my Eddie Bauer coats have held up over the years, as none look any worse for wear and tear. I find it an incredible value to have jackets literally lasting for decades and a testament to their quality. I'll be donating a few jackets to charity with confidence they will keep the new owners warm and serve them well.

I came in with an order for 13 suits, I had all of the sizes written down along with each groomsman/Dad's name. Normally you would think they would value your business and go to great lengths to make this an easy process. Unfortunately they were very poorly equipped to handle large orders and didn't seem to go the extra mile to make this a painless experience on me. I had several major issues with them from losing a suit, giving groomsmen their wrong shirts, to not even calling the groomsmen when their suits were delivered to their local store. But one thing made me extremely angry. When we bought the suits both my wife and I were lead to believe that the tailoring was included in the price of the suits. BOTH of us were under this impression after speaking with the store manager and paying. When it came time to get the suits tailored, they charged everyone for the tailoring. I was very upset by this as they claimed they "point blank" told us that it was extra for tailoring. If they "point blank" told us, don't you think between my wife and I that one of us would have had the correct information? They then gave us some run around that had very little legitimate merit. I'm not going to get into the details of the other things they messed up but as a groom who had a ton going on with all that is involved with planning a wedding, the last thing I needed was for the suits to be a huge headache. You would think an organization like this would be well equipped to handle weddings and make it as seamless as possible on customer, but this is definitely not the case.

She put the jacket on and I loved the look she then had me put on the pants and gave me shoes to help with the fitting. She recommended what to shorten, lengthen etc. Then she asked if I needed any shirts and ties. I said yes and asked her to recommended something nice. She put together two shirts and a tie (a purple shirt I probably never would have picked out but loved). I had a great time and was out the door in 40min, spent $450 total for suit, 2 shirts, tie, and alterations! The whole experience was great to just walk in and have someone outfit you and care if you look and feel great!
