Every time I walk in this store I feel the need to volunteer myself to be padded down... and not…read morebecause I'm some pervy perv... just because the girls who work here look at you (if you're lucky enough to even be acknowledged by them) like you're on a mission to ransack the store. I swear, I'm not stealing... I'd be no good at here anyway. There's just too much stuff that I want and too few arms to thieve it with. Super rude, lots of 'tude and quite frankly I can go hang out with my family if I want that kind of treatment. I'm just trying to buy some super cute and only moderately overpriced clothing in bulk but they make it so hard to want to come back. What's with all the 'B' face? The clothing here usually ranges between $29-$49 and you'll always end up spending WAY more than you thought you were going... I always hear the number and quickly wonder if the tax rate is 3000% percent. The quality isn't crap, but more than a few times I've seen the same something sold here at Forever 21, just in a different colorway and cheaper. The jewelry, to me, looks uber cheap and costs WAY too much. I'd rather get something from F21 than shell out that kind of dough in their rather blah bling selection. I know I'll be back because I fancy their fancy things, but much like their employees, I won't be happy about it.

This is the third time I have been into this location. Twice by myself and once with my husband. The first time I was by myself, I was treated different. Couldn't put my finger on it until the next time when my husband came with me to this location. We were followed around like common thieves, bothered repeatedly. I had items placed in the fitting room by staff, tried on, purchased and left. Very unwelcoming location. The third time, while I was within the vicinity, I brought with me a pair of jeans in which I had purchased at the Naperville Illinois location a few days prior. The metal "Whitehouse Black Market" tag had popped off the back pocket of the jeans. On June 23, 2025 while I was in the area I needed exchange these jeans without an attitude from Terri. She refused to call Naperville, claimed the jeans were clearance-which they were not, refused to listen to me, argumentative, rude, wasting my time. I called Naperville, was given the clothing item number, provided that to Terri however she still couldn't or wouldn't find online or order so I had Naperville hold the same pair of jeans because Terri wouldn't call and do her job, claims that these jeans are clearance-they are not, they are brand new, this store just did not know the the Whitehouse black market clothing that is brand new or not updated-whatever, not my problem. She claimed that no stores carried these. manager, Jenny came to assist and had to tell Terri to go in the back as she kept running her mouth and continuing to be disrespectful. The best part-lol is when she walked past me and put her middle finger on her face a flipped me off. How old are you woman that you are so caddy, disrespectful and think this veteran military cop is not going to call corporate and say something. Did the district manager ever call me to apologize-no. So here's the review that I promised would happen. Oh as to following a person around the store and attempting to demean our net worth wrong people folks to do that to. Might want to check some fact history on who we are and what we have. Regardless no one should ever be treated like this and at least I can say when I have traveled out of state and to various locations. I have never ever nor anyone I bring into store has ever been treated like this. Because of this I will no longer do business as a top tier purchaser with this store or any of their locations. And on top of it the manager allowed the sales associate to continue to berate me as I walked out of the store I've already filed out complaint with White House black market six months ago when the same thing happened and this lady is still working there, do not go to the store.

You see, Ann was always there for me when I needed classic clothing for work or a cute and stylish summer outfit. She was there when I needed a good sale, nice jewelry, or had a bad day and needed to vent. And I've never been one to complain about paying for quality friendship (just ask my sorority...) I could forgive the hole that Ann left in my new $80 shirt (after wearing it twice). But when I confronted her on it, the fact that she didn't even bother to apologize, gave me dirty looks, and sent me a DIRTY shirt in exchange, I was ready to have a good talkin-to with Ann. I approached Ann reasonably and calmly regarding the former incident, and not only did she STILL not apologize, but she acted put-out that I even bothered talking to her about it! The clearance area is my favorite, though. I'd rather not pay full price here and I've gotten some excellent deals just by having the patience to look through the racks very thoroughly. Take your time here - and maybe bring a coupon, too.
