The owner PJ was really friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Price of the suit was pretty fair too for what it is prior to us paying. If you need to get alteration it will add some time as well. Overall, the presentation of the suit and the staff every time I've been here has been outstanding not nonetheless. They take great Hospitality of their guests throughout the visit which makes up for some lost time. Definitely come back and check out their sales that they have at certain points of the year.

Upon arriving we were greeted promptly and were shown the selections we asked for. Given the ones we wanted were a hair size too big or small, we had them ordered in store to be sent to our home. A slight hiccup occurred where my suit arrived as a wrong order. I wasn't too happy with this but the store manager Eric, resolved the situation immediately and I receive the correct merchandise within the following two business days. It may have been an oversight on their part as far as the error that was made, but I'm still glad they made it right. Back to the store - I went back a few months later to look at vests, upon arriving I was told they no longer carry vests in store, I asked the lady where I could otherwise find a set, she seemed genuinely confused by my question, so I left and decided I may not be back in the near future unless if Aaron were there, which in this case he was not. The only reason why this location receive a higher rating than a lower one was simply due to the level of service and professionalism I dealt with the first time around. It may be a small while until I return back here, but if I do, I hope it will be worth it. If this second visit was as good as the first and even despite that hiccup, this place would have five stars across the board.

But GLENN deserves special mention. A couple years after getting remarried my wife sat me down and we had a talk about my style. I wore clothing that didn't match well, were out of style, and didn't fit me well. She told me that her male friends from work mentioned that they shopped at Mens Wearhouse. Frankly, I didn't like the brand ("I guarantee it!" Made me feel like I was going to get ripped off.) I had never even considered shopping there. Luckily on my first visit I met GLENN. Yes, I know that I can find clothes cheaper elsewhere. But, I don't mind paying for what I get. I have never been disappointed by the quality. If I ever had any issues, they took care of them immediately. The clothes fit well, look good, and are durable. That is value. What else could you want? GLENN always welcomes me with a friendly smile and greeting. No matter what my need, he helps me find the perfect fit. I know that there are other good people working at this store. Very disappointing experience with the tailoring service at this Men's Wearhouse…read more I brought in a shirt that needed an alteration and was basically told they would not adjust it. I also left a pair of pants for alterations after explaining the fit issues, but when I picked them up, barely anything had been changed and the original problems were still there. I eventually took the pants somewhere else, and the difference was obvious. The other tailor actually asked the right questions, looked at how the pants sat on my body, discussed what I wanted changed, and altered them based on my actual fit. That is what I expected from a store that advertises professional tailoring services. My experience here left me wondering how seriously they take customers who need anything beyond very basic alterations. Perhaps they are more comfortable handling straightforward occasion wear than actually dialing in the fit of a garment. The clothing selection itself is also nothing particularly special. It is largely a mishmash of mainstream labels similar to what you might find at a traditional department store. This seems like a perfectly adequate place for someone who rarely wears suits and needs something quickly for a wedding, interview, or other occasional event. But if you care about how your clothing actually fits and want thoughtful alterations, I would recommend taking your clothes to an experienced independent tailor instead.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY!…read more They gave two groomsmen the wrong colored tie and ruined our wedding photos that we spent thousands of dollars on. The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... They clearly didn't care enough to check the suits thoroughly which they are literally paid to do.... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... So multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention and effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their paying customers. Moral of the story this business did not make our wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave us more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness. Update: now they are using our photo I provided in this review as their main picture. Such a disrespect to a customer they completely let down. This is the type of business they are running. But see for yourself how they couldn't even get our order correct for our special day!
