Attempted to pick up an online order that was in two parts. Picked the first part but the system…read moreincorrectly processed both parts. Asked for help and was referred to manager Donna. Donna advised the staff who updated the order that day were gone so nothing could be figured out. Then she offered the following: go home and call back tomorrow, assume the 2nd part of the order was cancelled and a credit would be received. Not acceptable. I asked the following: process a return for the item not received, check the store and see if the item is there, at least provide documentation that I was leaving the store without the full order. Response was a hard "NO" to all three. I advised the situation was not acceptable but nothing else was offered. When I persisted she became belligerent and reiterated there was nothing she could do (or was willing to do more accurately). I still persisted and finally she called someone else. It was then quickly figured out the 2nd part was indeed there but in a different location. If I had followed any of her suggestions I would have never received the rest of the order nor a refund. I have been a Kohl's customer for 35 years and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever received. This person should not have a job that includes customer service.

Walking up to a Macy's in a strip mall is a bit of a different feeling!! I had a return to do and…read morerealized this was the closest Macy's to my new home. Service was kind and fast, no line at all. I was so shocked at how clean and organized this store is. I'm not sure when it opened but it still feels new. I'm not sure if this is a lesser traveled Macy's or if they're just on top of their displays because everything was nearly perfect. The sections are quite a bit smaller than your three floor Macy's but I was thoroughly impressed that they have a variety of sizes in the items they do carry. Strip mall factor may help this become my new favorite Macy's!

I am not sure if Express is going out of business or if this location does not get many items, but…read morethis store was empty!!! To top things off was very hard to figure out pricing. I tried to look through the few sale items in the store and almost all of them were not so good sales. It almost looked as if the items returned for Christmas were placed on sale. I selected a few items I thought were okay and decided to wait in line for price check. Two of the three items were actually cheaper than I thought. This was quite surprising given the small amount of sale items. One would think the current sale price would be on the tag. The items were an additional 30% off the sale price but the sale prices were wrong. It is a good surprise but it was a inconvenient way to find out. The store is not that big so it is a mystery to me why so many items were not priced right.

While I was shopping, the site kept nagging me about hurry up it's going fast. Very annoying. I was going to buy two pairs, but it said that one of the pairs I bought had already sold out, so I added a third pair. The three pairs were supposed to put me over the total for free shipping. When I checked out with PayPal, it gave a message that Old Navy doesn't ship to my address. This doesn't make sense, as I live in a big city where my neighbors and I get packages all the time. I tried ApplePay, and it opened and closed itself immediately. I decided there was something very wrong here and closed the whole thing. When I checked my email, the order had gone through. I had a confirmation from both Old Navy and PayPal. They did not give me free shipping even though I was over $50, they charged for shipping. Old Navy, please put less effort into nagging and rushing your customers and more effort into making sure your checkout process works and your promises re free shipping are kept.

She was rude, argumentative, and seems to get off by trying to prove a point. I was excited to bring my out-of-town parents here to look for a few specific items. When we got here we parked in the back and walked up to the entrance. The double doors would not open and seemed locked. We saw the sign that said to use the other door, so we tried pulling the other door and it wouldn't open. Another sign claimed the wind makes the door hard to open...but there wasn't a breeze to be felt. After verifying we were there on the right day and the store was in fact to be open, we walked all around the outside looking for the "other door". We found another door towards the front and walked in...only to be told by the woman that we came in the wrong door. We said the main door was locked and she was adamant it wasn't and asked to show me how it wasn't locked. I followed her to the front door and she told me to push. I did and it didn't open. She said no you have to push harder. I did and the heavy door finally opened a smidge. Apparently you're supposed to be as rough with the doors as she is with customers. After I went out to wait for my parents in the car, she then tried to show my mom that the door wasn't locked. FINE! We get it! Your heavy doors are hard for customers to open. I won't be back.
