We could tell they were making way for Christmas Trees. Thinking we couldn't accomplish this, and getting ready to leave, all of a sudden, their employee Stephanie appeared. Without a hitch, she asked us what we needed. We then received extensive information on what was available. Not only was she educating us on varieties of lilac bushes, but she was also going to go into was already put away into storage for the spring to bring us what we asked for. Wow! Talk about going above and beyond. She actually brought out 4 bushes so we could choose wisely. We chose our two, and with Stephanie's advice purchased the fertilizer to go with it in planting. I checked out the hot house, and Platt Hill employees were all over the place preparing for Christmas. Everyone employee greeted me and kept working at the same time. I would say the store will be ready for Christmas in a couple of days. I believe they are having an open house this weekend. Thank you, Stephanie for such an uplift on an ordinary buying experience. Next step is buying the Christmas tree. Can't wait to feel the true spirit.

Some, but probably less than average for a Costco. Otherwise, it's a pretty typical Costco, meaning very good and handy, and this one also has a big and spacious parking lot.

I am severely disappointed, I can't even use the restroom or window shop without being discriminated against, I hope that this place learns a lesson.
