I am severely disappointed, I can't even use the restroom or window shop without being discriminated against, I hope that this place learns a lesson. Upon walking in, you see tons off different boutiques sectioned off into different areas. There are handcrafted crafts and gifts from all different vendors, and no matter who you are, you're bound to find something you like, including candles, clothes, sports, food, jewelry, home decor, etc. Prices vary by product and vendor, so of course some vendors will be more expensive than others. Some even sell name-brands like Marc Jacobs. For the most part, I think prices were pretty fair! Not only were the products great, but so were the workers. One of the men who was stocking found out that I love penguins, so he was showing me penguin-themed items. He was nice, and we all kept laughing. Also, when we were checking out, both cashiers were extremely personable. One checked us out, and the other wrapped some of the more fragile items, which I appreciated. The cashier who checked us out absolutely loved us and had a great conversation with us about how we all had so much in common with her. When it comes to location, the building is within a strip mall, and they have tons of parking and other popular shops around. Overall, my friends and I all said we would for sure return to the store! Apparently, vendors normally update their booths every few weeks unless they're out of state, so we will definitely come back soon to see the new stock. Since it is Christmas time, the store was FULL of Christmas and holiday decor. I loved the atmosphere because of this! There were a few bare booths where no vendors were anymore, so it seems as though a couple of vendors left. *If you're an entrepreneur, I'd definitely look into a booth here!*

They called this one to have them hold it for me, and the staff here went the extra mile. I'm mad at myself because I already forgot her name, but I'm pretty sure it was Catherine or Caroline (I asked, because she looked like someone I went to school with). Anyway, she knew who I was as soon as I walked in the store. She had taken both jumpsuits they had in the pattern and size I wanted and held them for me so that I could choose which one I wanted, since patterned material varies slightly on each piece. I never would have thought about that myself but she was like "Yeah just look them over and decide which one you like how the pattern lays best, and we'll ring it up!" I was just really impressed with her caring enough to think about that. She was really nice and fun to talk to! As I was only in very briefly to get that held item, she made the entire experience really fantastic. The only reason I'm putting 4 stars instead of 5 is the size of the store. It is a bit cramped because of the size and amount of merchandise. Probably wouldn't be an issue for most people, but my mom often shops with me and uses a walker, and I don't think she could easily navigate the space.

While I was shopping, the site kept nagging me about hurry up it's going fast. Very annoying. I was going to buy two pairs, but it said that one of the pairs I bought had already sold out, so I added a third pair. The three pairs were supposed to put me over the total for free shipping. When I checked out with PayPal, it gave a message that Old Navy doesn't ship to my address. This doesn't make sense, as I live in a big city where my neighbors and I get packages all the time. I tried ApplePay, and it opened and closed itself immediately. I decided there was something very wrong here and closed the whole thing. When I checked my email, the order had gone through. I had a confirmation from both Old Navy and PayPal. They did not give me free shipping even though I was over $50, they charged for shipping. Old Navy, please put less effort into nagging and rushing your customers and more effort into making sure your checkout process works and your promises re free shipping are kept.

The associates look annoyed when you ask them for help, a fitting room or if their registers are open. Like, I get it. I've worked retail for several years too. But you don't ignore customers so you can continue flirting with each other, check your phones, or tell someone else to assist the customer (while not acknowledging the customer at all). I get that Stratford Square also isn't the bustling mall it used to be, but as an associate, don't show disinterest when you have customers actively shopping, looking for assistance and making purchases.

I went to try on the vest, and all the tailors pins were still in the garment. Buyer beware, the odds two different stores, two different years, pull the same scam.
