Count me in! I purchased clothes both in-store and online. Purchasing online allows you to ship to the store for free. I now have a stash of basics to (hopefully) get me through the first 3-6 months. I'm a bit wary of buying too much right now because (1) Baby's gender will be a surprise, and (2) I'm due in the fall, so not sure what I'll need given Baby's size + the weather. Luckily they are ALWAYS emailing coupons and have sales, so I'm sure I'll still get great deals once Baby's here! (The only downside is that their coupons don't always apply to the steep doorbuster deals.. bummer!)

I felt she was the owner or manager. For a small business in Glen Ellyn I was rather shocked at her lack of good customer service. On the flip side stopped at M & Em's the night of the Christmas Walk and the young lady manning the door was nice asked if I needed any help, answered my questions etc. They have great gifts for younger kids some prices are reasonable others are crazy high. While I was shopping, the site kept nagging me about hurry up it's going fast. Very annoying. I was going to buy two pairs, but it said that one of the pairs I bought had already sold out, so I added a third pair. The three pairs were supposed to put me over the total for free shipping. When I checked out with PayPal, it gave a message that Old Navy doesn't ship to my address. This doesn't make sense, as I live in a big city where my neighbors and I get packages all the time. I tried ApplePay, and it opened and closed itself immediately. I decided there was something very wrong here and closed the whole thing. When I checked my email, the order had gone through. I had a confirmation from both Old Navy and PayPal. They did not give me free shipping even though I was over $50, they charged for shipping. Old Navy, please put less effort into nagging and rushing your customers and more effort into making sure your checkout process works and your promises re free shipping are kept.

Also, when we were checking out, both cashiers were extremely personable. One checked us out, and the other wrapped some of the more fragile items, which I appreciated. The cashier who checked us out absolutely loved us and had a great conversation with us about how we all had so much in common with her. When it comes to location, the building is within a strip mall, and they have tons of parking and other popular shops around. Overall, my friends and I all said we would for sure return to the store! Apparently, vendors normally update their booths every few weeks unless they're out of state, so we will definitely come back soon to see the new stock.
