Staff here was not too friendly at all which was the one thing that ruined our experience. I felt like it lacked a lot of decent finds in the Home Improvement Department that they usually have in those stores. Overall, I did feel like this was an average Goodwill store nonetheless.

I know it is a chain store, but I feel like every store I visit is slightly different depending upon the region, current season, and sale room finds. Dressing room staff are friendly and helpful, and they take time to listen and understand what you are shopping for. Take time to stop, and smell the candles, as they are often the best scents and not too over powering. Walking through the housewares section is always a treat. The prices here are higher than local area stores like TJ Maxx or Home Goods, but shopping Anthropologie is a true luxe experience in itself. I could spend a couple of hours in this store just enjoying the atmosphere. Escape for a couple of hours and enjoy yourself here for awhile. My friend commented that it reminded her of "Charming Charlie but with more clothes"...& indeed, it turns out their space is a former Charming Charlie! Clothes were cute yet didn't skew too young (stores I used to reliably shop at, like Dry Goods, are now all crop tops and babydoll lengths). I tried on an armful of things and ended up with a top and a sweater, both for what I felt were reasonable prices. My only complaints stem from the dressing room. They put us together in a larger room, which is totally fine. But i guess nothing indicated that the room was occupied because staff kept knocking on the door, either to see if we were still in there or if we needed anything. Once or twice, okay, but this was like 5 or 6 times....maybe put up a sign? Also, the dressing room lighting, from two sconces and a small chandelier, was "moody" at best... need to up the wattage a bit so people can see those potential purchases! Staff was helpful, especially Lisa. I would definitely come back, and found out there are other locations closer to me, too! She said they get new merch on Wednesdays, so gives me an excuse to check out one of the other shops soon.
