Donna advised the staff who updated the order that day were gone so nothing could be figured out. Then she offered the following: go home and call back tomorrow, assume the 2nd part of the order was cancelled and a credit would be received. Not acceptable. I asked the following: process a return for the item not received, check the store and see if the item is there, at least provide documentation that I was leaving the store without the full order. Response was a hard "NO" to all three. I advised the situation was not acceptable but nothing else was offered. When I persisted she became belligerent and reiterated there was nothing she could do (or was willing to do more accurately). I still persisted and finally she called someone else. It was then quickly figured out the 2nd part was indeed there but in a different location. If I had followed any of her suggestions I would have never received the rest of the order nor a refund. I have been a Kohl's customer for 35 years and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever received. This person should not have a job that includes customer service.

Service was kind and fast, no line at all. I was so shocked at how clean and organized this store is. I'm not sure when it opened but it still feels new. I'm not sure if this is a lesser traveled Macy's or if they're just on top of their displays because everything was nearly perfect. The sections are quite a bit smaller than your three floor Macy's but I was thoroughly impressed that they have a variety of sizes in the items they do carry. Strip mall factor may help this become my new favorite Macy's!

This is a great place to find something for that hard-to-buy-for teen or preteen on your list (many of their shirts are available in Youth Medium and Youth Large). When I checked out with PayPal, it gave a message that Old Navy doesn't ship to my address. This doesn't make sense, as I live in a big city where my neighbors and I get packages all the time. I tried ApplePay, and it opened and closed itself immediately. I decided there was something very wrong here and closed the whole thing. When I checked my email, the order had gone through. I had a confirmation from both Old Navy and PayPal. They did not give me free shipping even though I was over $50, they charged for shipping. Old Navy, please put less effort into nagging and rushing your customers and more effort into making sure your checkout process works and your promises re free shipping are kept.

I tried to look through the few sale items in the store and almost all of them were not so good sales. It almost looked as if the items returned for Christmas were placed on sale. I selected a few items I thought were okay and decided to wait in line for price check. Two of the three items were actually cheaper than I thought. This was quite surprising given the small amount of sale items. One would think the current sale price would be on the tag. The items were an additional 30% off the sale price but the sale prices were wrong. It is a good surprise but it was a inconvenient way to find out. The store is not that big so it is a mystery to me why so many items were not priced right.
