The store is a regular outlet Levi's store. What makes this average is it's not well maintained. The clearance area looks as if a tornado hit it. I'm not sure why bother placing sizes on a rack where nothing is in the right location. I went to the store twice in three days, first by myself to scavenge for a deal and the second with the wife. She found a pair of jeans for $27 in the extra 50% off clearance area however after 10 minutes of looking she had enough. The staff is fair to bad. Some tic the clearance items were not marked or not tagged and asked for a price check was as if you were interrupting their day. It's what's expected when most of the stores are searching for help. Good employees may be hard to find. read more

Levi's makes some quality jeans. There's little denying that. I've been wearing their jeans for a very long time, and when it comes time to invest in a new pair, you'd be a fool to turn anywhere other than a Levi's Outlet store. The range of colors, styles, and fits is difficult to match, and often times, the prices are impossible to beat. I've never cared much for Levi's clothing - everything is short sleeved and has those weird snap button things - but there is quite a bit of that here as well. Honestly, however, I just wanted to comment on the below average service one can expect to receive at this joint. The whole place is full of people who would rather spend their time goofing off and worrying about their hair than helping the people who are actually there to shop. Both times I came in here the past week there was one girl doing all the work while several of her co-workers stood around their equivalent of a water cooler and ignored anyone not wearing a flannel shirt and slip on shoes. The tl;dr version? Good selection, good prices, lousy service. Think Portlandia. read more

It's cheaper to buy levi's here than Kohls, Macys etc. It was even cheaper than online. If you sign up online, you get one 20% off discount AND you can get an additional 15% off if you show your student ID. They are very helpful inside. I was surprised that they didn't have my size for the jean that I wanted. read more

Whether tall or short--Levi's has the right length for you. Being a couple inches taller than average, the regular length jeans that stores carry are too short for me, and it has become quite difficult to find retailers that carry long-size jeans. Levi's is one of the few retailers that carries jeans in multiple lengths: 28", 30", 32" and 34" lengths (at least in women's sizes). I have been in the Levi's Outlet Store twice within the last year, both times during the weekday, so there are fewer customers and employees are able to spend more time helping each customer. The employees are friendly, helpful, and attentive. read more

Came in this afternoon with my Mom and Aunt, got a few nicely priced items from the clearance section! A lot of nice clearance options! This location had very good customer service, the staff was very friendly and helpful! My phone was dying so a nice employee allowed me to charge it while I waited for the rest of my party to finish shopping! I'll definitely return to this Levi Outlet Store! Agree with the generally poor customer service. No one around to help get jeans down. However, the place was very busy the day I was there. The prices are decent and they have a great selection of their jean styles. I bought 3 pair and after the first wash, all 3 had badly twisted seams, all on the left leg. I guess you get what you pay for. I won't buy jeans from there again. read more

A note of caution. This is not true "outlet' store, at least in the sense that I am used to. I found out on a phone call that they don't carry the full Levi's line of jeans here. I also wear a marginally large size (40 34. 38/34 and 40/32 are typically carried in all stores, but not 40/34). From my conversation, I get the impression that JC Penney and Kohl's actually carry a wider range of products. I suppose that for a standard size your experience might be different. read more
