When walking in, no one was there to greet us. Finally someone came out from the back who said they could help us. We started looking at offerings and quickly were told the staff member was working with two customers at the time. When attention was finally turned to our group, AJ and Tom both helped us pick the best jacket, shirt, vest, shoes, cuff, bow tie, and pocket square. I was surprised by how many options were available. Our family could try on pieces to check fits and noted they had regular, wide, slim, and tall fits for adults only. They are flexible with pick up and return locations and guarantee the rentals being ready 3-4 days ahead of wedding as long as you do a final fitting 2 weeks ahead of time. Pricing seemed fair for how much was included. Overall, the store did seem understaffed but we still enjoyed our experience. I cannot wait to see the final rental selections for our wedding day!

I came in with an order for 13 suits, I had all of the sizes written down along with each groomsman/Dad's name. Normally you would think they would value your business and go to great lengths to make this an easy process. Unfortunately they were very poorly equipped to handle large orders and didn't seem to go the extra mile to make this a painless experience on me. I had several major issues with them from losing a suit, giving groomsmen their wrong shirts, to not even calling the groomsmen when their suits were delivered to their local store. But one thing made me extremely angry. When we bought the suits both my wife and I were lead to believe that the tailoring was included in the price of the suits. BOTH of us were under this impression after speaking with the store manager and paying. When it came time to get the suits tailored, they charged everyone for the tailoring. I was very upset by this as they claimed they "point blank" told us that it was extra for tailoring. If they "point blank" told us, don't you think between my wife and I that one of us would have had the correct information? They then gave us some run around that had very little legitimate merit. I'm not going to get into the details of the other things they messed up but as a groom who had a ton going on with all that is involved with planning a wedding, the last thing I needed was for the suits to be a huge headache. You would think an organization like this would be well equipped to handle weddings and make it as seamless as possible on customer, but this is definitely not the case.

I had a great time and was out the door in 40min, spent $450 total for suit, 2 shirts, tie, and alterations! The whole experience was great to just walk in and have someone outfit you and care if you look and feel great! But inventory seems limited here, so if you like something and don't see it again the next time, chances are it's probably gone for good. Inventory for their shoes seem limited too, as I feel availability in size 12's is way too inconsistent among different styles. I've had to purchase shoes elsewhere at times simply because they didn't have the ones I like in my size. Definitely stop in if you're shopping at the mall.

Whenever I'm at this mall, I stop in to check out what kind of great sales or cute clothes Garage has to offer. Recently I bought a purple top that was on sale from $25, down to $10. I wear a 40R Regular fit at Joe Banks or a 42R Tailored cut, but in trying to find a suit at MW I went from a 40 to 46 depending on the cut without any of the pants working. Disappointing. I was in the store--suit and tie on--for 10 minutes before anyone offered to assist me. Disappointment for sure.

Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable one. We spent over an hour in the store trying on suits and clearly looking for assistance, yet no employee approached us once while multiple other customers were greeted and helped around us. We were repeatedly overlooked throughout our visit. Even when we were ready to purchase, we stood waiting at the register while employees nearby ignored us until I finally asked for assistance. When I politely expressed concern about the lack of customer service, the employee became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. As the only Hispanic customers in the store, the overall treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I am not accusing anyone directly, the experience left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Despite this, we still purchased an expensive suit and left without even a simple thank you. I hope management reviews the store footage from that day and uses this as an opportunity to improve customer service training and ensure every customer is treated with equal respect and attention.
