I HATE SHOPPING FOR CLOTHES... anywhere else…read more I go out of my way to come here and see GLENN LEWIN. All of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and helpful. But GLENN deserves special mention. A couple years after getting remarried my wife sat me down and we had a talk about my style. I wore clothing that didn't match well, were out of style, and didn't fit me well. She told me that her male friends from work mentioned that they shopped at Mens Wearhouse. Frankly, I didn't like the brand ("I guarantee it!" Made me feel like I was going to get ripped off.) I had never even considered shopping there. Luckily on my first visit I met GLENN. Yes, I know that I can find clothes cheaper elsewhere. But, I don't mind paying for what I get. I have never been disappointed by the quality. If I ever had any issues, they took care of them immediately. The clothes fit well, look good, and are durable. That is value. What else could you want? GLENN always welcomes me with a friendly smile and greeting. No matter what my need, he helps me find the perfect fit. I know that there are other good people working at this store. And when I am in a pinch and GLENN is not there, I am happy to do business with them. But, it's GLENN that made made a loyal customer. TUX RENTAL PEOPLE - Quit your complaining. Think about it. Very disappointing experience with the tailoring service at this Men's Wearhouse…read more I brought in a shirt that needed an alteration and was basically told they would not adjust it. I also left a pair of pants for alterations after explaining the fit issues, but when I picked them up, barely anything had been changed and the original problems were still there. I eventually took the pants somewhere else, and the difference was obvious. The other tailor actually asked the right questions, looked at how the pants sat on my body, discussed what I wanted changed, and altered them based on my actual fit. That is what I expected from a store that advertises professional tailoring services. My experience here left me wondering how seriously they take customers who need anything beyond very basic alterations. Perhaps they are more comfortable handling straightforward occasion wear than actually dialing in the fit of a garment. The clothing selection itself is also nothing particularly special. It is largely a mishmash of mainstream labels similar to what you might find at a traditional department store. This seems like a perfectly adequate place for someone who rarely wears suits and needs something quickly for a wedding, interview, or other occasional event. But if you care about how your clothing actually fits and want thoughtful alterations, I would recommend taking your clothes to an experienced independent tailor instead.

The owner PJ was really friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Price of the suit was pretty fair too for what it is prior to us paying. We were fitted for a suit really quickly but we were told that the suit would take 6 weeks to come in and we waited nearly 8 weeks and some of my friends are waiting more. If you need to get alteration it will add some time as well. Overall, the presentation of the suit and the staff every time I've been here has been outstanding not nonetheless. They take great Hospitality of their guests throughout the visit which makes up for some lost time. Definitely come back and check out their sales that they have at certain points of the year.

The store feels like a vibrant man cave and a gateway to the professional world. Meeting Steve was such a great time. It's pricey but the clothing is hard to find that you really can't find at other stores. My only con about the store that dissapointed me was that I went to their website and they didn't have an online store. It's a bit of a drive to Geneva so an online store would of been convenient. Overall, this store is pretty much top teir men's professional wear.

When I first walked in, 2 salesmen saw me and didn't acknowledge me at all. I was going to walk out immediately because I knew it was not going to be my style at all, but I meandered to the women's area and I was right. The merchandise is stuck in the bad, not cool 80s and old fashion style. As I was heading to the door, one of the men that ignored me initially was blocking the door. When he finally acknowledged my existence, I thought he wasn't going to move. I stuck my hand out to open the door and he grudgingly half-ass opened it and said goodbye and replied bye, but he must have not heard me and started to condescendingly say other things. Finally I got tired of his nonsense and responded with $&&#. Funny enough, a woman was going in as I was typing this review and promptly walked out. Lol

Upon arriving we were greeted promptly and were shown the selections we asked for. Given the ones we wanted were a hair size too big or small, we had them ordered in store to be sent to our home. A slight hiccup occurred where my suit arrived as a wrong order. I wasn't too happy with this but the store manager Eric, resolved the situation immediately and I receive the correct merchandise within the following two business days. It may have been an oversight on their part as far as the error that was made, but I'm still glad they made it right. Back to the store - I went back a few months later to look at vests, upon arriving I was told they no longer carry vests in store, I asked the lady where I could otherwise find a set, she seemed genuinely confused by my question, so I left and decided I may not be back in the near future unless if Aaron were there, which in this case he was not. The only reason why this location receive a higher rating than a lower one was simply due to the level of service and professionalism I dealt with the first time around. It may be a small while until I return back here, but if I do, I hope it will be worth it. If this second visit was as good as the first and even despite that hiccup, this place would have five stars across the board.
