He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

This store is overpriced with a very small selection. They had a few sale items like old unpopular…read moresized jeans for $1; however many of the items would not be considered "vintage". They have many items on par with typical Goodwill donations, but for 3 times the price. For example, a $38 Sonoma leather jacket from Kohl's. Regarding service, the clerk clearly did not plan to speak to me. However, I kept eye contact until she was forced to acknowledge me. At which point she said hello and I replied in kind. The next customer who entered received a much more enthusiastic greeting that I did. Towards the back, a male clerk walked by me several times, but also didn't speak. Overall, it's a cute set up, but not worth the time or the consideration of spending money. Especially if they can't be bothered to speak.

Not sure what exactly it is, but it looked cute, it was $11.99, and if I don't like it, I'll return it tomorrow no questions asked. I gotten some decent necklaces there before, but that's it really. I have a feeling the rings will turn your fingers green and the over-sized belts are gaudy. At least for someone my age. I've also been lucky enough to score two pairs of cute suede (almost-knee high) boots that have lasted so far. It's hard when you wear a size 8 like everyone else, because most of the time that size is out of stock. This store is hit or miss, but for basics, you can't go wrong. You can get a cami top for $18 at Kohl's, or for $4.99 at Discovery. You do the math. No one sees it anyway if it's used for layering, so why pay three times as much? Oh, and for $12.99, the three pairs of work pants I bought there well over a year ago are still holding up. Not like the pair for $45 I bought at the "expect great things" store, which were ruined after two washes.

Last time I bought a cream colored hoodie and within the first month both armpits had holes in them. This time I bought a collared button down polo style tee, I put in through the washer and drier on delicates, I'm about to iron my shirt to get the wrinkles out so I start unbuttoning the shirt as one does... every single button got caught on a piece of loose fabric. I'm never buying Hollister again. The quality of clothes are better at goodwill or the dollar tree if I'm being honest. I mean the amount of loose ended threads you'd think it was sown by a teenager. Besides their terrible clothing the only reason anyone would want to come back after that would probably have to be their great customer service.
