To start- I'm aiming my review mostly at their online store / customer service, but there is no option to review that, so it's a combo review. Do not buy anything online! their size charts are off and their customer service is customer service from h**l. Save yourself. if you're buying online, buy from any other place. not here. Just one example - they *unapologetically* charge $15 for a return mailing label for EACH ITEM in your order. So if you bought a few veils to look at for example, you can expect $15 return fee for each veil. They claim that each item needs it's own return mailing label. Never mind that $15 is already double what return labels usually cost in the first place. This is in addition to restocking fees for each item. (Applicable to some items, not all) Also the dress itself was not great quality and fit. I went into the store to try to exchange (probably for a nicer more expensive dress) if they could do a simpler return, no restocking fees, etc. They weren't able to accommodate that, so it is what it is. I had a very nice experience shopping for my wedding gown at this David's Bridal in Naperville. They were very accommodating and really put the bride first. No matter what my concern was, they immediately put my mind at ease and understood where I was coming from. I had a breezy time selecting my dream gown and the alterations was a positive experience where the alterations manager made certain that I was happy with all aspects of the dress fit. I liked David's Bridal because I needed a dress fairly quickly within 3 months. They have some more affordable designer options. My review is for my experience with looking at dresses for my bridesmaids. Looking at other previous reviews, I think some reviewers need to have realistic expectations. With bridal shopping, whether David's or elsewhere, it is important to have an appointment. You can book online or call the store. This will ensure you will have a stylist and the store has room. Bridal sizing is notorious for running small. I recommend checking David's website ahead of time for plus size sizing if your party may need that. Not all dresses come in all sizes/colors. Same with if you have petite members in your party. Compared to other locations that I have been to, I felt that this location was organized nicely. Our stylist was Brooke, and she was excellent. She was patient and brought dresses out that would look good on my ladies. She explained when to expect the dresses. Both of my ladies found dresses on sale! Yay! At time of review, bridesmaid dresses are taking about 5 weeks to come in (potentially less). read more

Dina was FANTASTIC. She was attentive, listened to feedback about what I liked or didn't about a given dress, brought out a variety of options. She was respectful of our budget and made sure to bring dresses that would work on our timeframe. We found the bridesmaid dress selection mediocre and not flexible for a variety of body types and limited colors. I didn't have alterations done there but the woman I spoke with was helpful. Alterations are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. I couldn't ask for a better experience than what I had with Dina. David's Bridal may get 4 stars but Dina gets 5. read more

Walk-ins are not welcomed if you are trying on wedding dresses. We were told we could not utilize a dressing room without a stylist and that we had to wait for the next available appointment time, 45 minutes. Positives: over all friendly staff and very helpful with picking out your wedding dress. They have a good selection in variety of wedding dresses as well. I also purchased my shoes from here and they were beautiful. Their points program was also useful I saved some money buying most of my accessories from them. Negatives: their dress sizing is going to be either two sizes too big or way too small so that you have to get the dress altered either way. In the beginning I had no problem with it getting altered but the problem was that it had to get altered so much that it costed just as much as buying a whole new dress again. I had to go in and get fitted about three times, and what angered me is all the times It took to go in and get fitted should have saved me time and money from getting the dress altered so much in the end. However, I realized it did not matter how many times they measured me with their measuring tape I was going to keep getting charged hundreds of dollars for each little inch they still had to alter on the dress from the 1st fitting. I was 2 weeks away and the dress was still way too loose and they had to rush to get it done. in the end I am grateful that they were able to see the huge inconvenience it was causing and were able to accommodate with the expenses. I told them not to touch the bottom anymore and they still managed to crop the bottom of the dress even more ‍ regardless my dress was still absolutely stunning and you can't even tell that they cropped it a lot from the front. read more

This was my first time wedding dress shopping with my mom and sister, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We booked an appointment pretty easily the day before. When we first walked in, our stylist Georgina had showed us the dress area and helped us pick up 5 different kind of dress styles to try on. I liked all the dresses, and absolutely loved 3 of the 5 that we tried! Georgina was excellent and chose some styles that I wouldn't have thought I liked (I highly recommend her). If I can give no stars here, I will. I went in as a mother of a bride and got zero help. The staff never left the greeters counter and just told me to sign the email sheet. Then I was told "yeah, go look over there" and was gestured to the bridesmaid side of the store. After wandering around frustrated for about 10 minutes by myself, with no help at all, I left frustrated. The people at the greeter counter just said "have a nice day" as I left. Unbelievable. Went in today at the Naperville location looking for a maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding. It was supposed to be a fun, happy day. Unfortunately the stylist who we had, Katelin, thought it would be ok to make comments about my body such as me "being busty" and referring to my size as "the bigger sizes" (Not sure when a size 8 become a bigger size?. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude. Also, my mom made a comment to my sister about how her new, handmade face mask was "thick and kind of hard to breathe in" but didn't take it off or anything. To this comment that wasn't even directed to her, Katelin stated "I'm a paramedic and breathe fine in masks while lifting 300lbs." She just seemed very unprofessional and not happy to be there at all. Left the store feeling like crap. read more

I have been looking for a grey bridesmaids dress forever and have not found one. At this point, the wedding will be next month on the 21st and I was starting to panic. I just wanted something fitted that was flattering. Hard to believe that there were no stores almost anywhere on earth that carried a nice grey lace dress until I looked online. I needed the dress asap so I decided to go to the David's Bridal location near me (Aurora). Sales associate Kristina L helped me gather dresses in styles I might be interested in (lace and grey) and also helped me when I needed assistance getting in and out of dresses. What was great was that I found what I was looking for-a grey lace dress that was flattering and that it was on clearance for $50 when I even went as far as buying a $109 dress that did not look good on me at all from ASOS. So I was happy spending that $50 already. The dress needed to have its hook and eye re-sewn since it was falling apart, but Kristina L said they could get it done in just a few minutes. I did not wait long at all and the dress was ready to buy. The hook and eye were sewn on just right. Another awesome thing was that I could just buy the dress right then and there. The dress has a simple style that can be used again for other occasions also. When Kristina rung me up, it turned out that the dress was marked for an even lower price than what she originally told me. The dress was $32.46 with tax. How do you beat that?! Kristina L. was nice, helpful, the store's selection and styles were great, they were able to reinforce the hook and eye so that it was secure, and I was able to get my dress that very day without any fuss of measuring or ordering. David's Bridal really saved me from the bridesmaid-dress hunting mess! Thank you so much! I am very happy with my purchase. read more

David's Bridal should be a stop on every bride's to-do list, if only to see what's out there and try on a beautiful gown now, now, now! Well...now-ish: you are required to set up an appointment. I'll start by saying the gowns at David's Bridals are gorgeous. Coming from someone who simply cannot fathom spending the exorbitant amount other boutiques and designers demand, I'll say the prices here are reasonable for a dress that's beautiful and of good quality. I still look at the website regularly just to see what's new in the inventory. My experience at this store came earlier this year, as a maid of honor shopping for the bride's dress. As both of us had never done this sort of thing before, we learned the store does not stock every dress nor every size, so she would be trying on the next available size. Sometimes this was not a problem, others she'd have a dress on that was six sizes too small. Our attendant was kind and helpful, however I will say it's a bit disorganized at the check-in stand: it took almost a half hour to go from check-in to actually meet with our consultant. I gotta say though, I don't know how those girls do it: only a few hours of going through the racks and lifting dresses was murder on my arms! read more

Maybe it's because I found my wedding dress here. Orrrrrrrr, maybe it's because I totally don't buy into the idea that buying your dress should be a quasi-religious experience where your mom / future mother-in-law / stylists / posse of 12 bridesmaids cry tears of rapture into their champagne glasses when you've found (all-caps) "THE DRESS." It's a dress, you guys. I mean, it's going to be beautiful, but It's not offering you eternal salvation. Everyone just calm down. This David's Bridal has a nice selection of wedding dresses in a variety of styles, from "Beach Bride" to "I'm Pretending To Be Kate Middleton." There's a lot of variety. And, from what I've seen, most the dresses are of good quality and under $1,500. Score! I found the two consultants I worked with to be very helpful, and my dress is the most effing gorgeous thing I've ever put on my body. So there's that. If you're looking for a few hours of boozy enchantment where you ogle yourself in $$$$ designer gowns like the princess you think you are...David's Bridal is not for you. But otherwise? I recommend stopping here. Even if you don't find your dress (or hate the idea of buying your dress at a Big Bridal Store), the wide selection of styles will at least help you narrow down what KIND of dress you want. Two words: PROM HELL. There's one section of the store that's dedicated to prom dresses. My mom and I came at the wrong time, because this place was chock full of teenage girls and their mothers picking through those dresses and talking loudly. The whole store seemed very disorganized and... dirty. But that's not why I decided to award this place a measly one star. As someone who considers most strapless dresses the butt bows of the 90s and the poofy shoulders of the 80s (in other words, they'll look so outdated in 20 years), I was not particularly impressed with the selection of bridal dresses here. Not only that, but most of the dresses looked so cheap and tacky. I was gunning for a timeless look, and this store did not offer anything remotely resembling that at all. In fact, when I think about it, most of the bridal dresses here looked like super gaudy prom dresses. Barf. However, we still decided to stick around until our consultant was available to meet with us in case they had more dresses hidden in the back room or something. That was not the case. My fellow brides, I don't recommend making an appointment. Just walk in and sort through the dresses on the sales floor. That's all they have available. Our consultant seemed to have no idea what she was doing. When I told her what I was looking for, she went, "Ummm... I don't know." then she proceeded to lead us around the store, pointing out tacky strapless dress after tacky strapless dress. (A few ugly old-ladyish dresses with sleeves were thrown into the mix, but they didn't fit my criteria at all). She did exactly what we were doing 10 minutes prior -- she sorted through every single dress there. She seemed to have no idea where to find certain dresses. If we didn't know any better, we'd assume that she was just another customer. Our trip there was a huge waste of time. You might find your dream dress there, though. Just don't count on them giving you the kind of service you're looking for. read more

I am going to rate this based on first impressions and the service I received with no affiliations to any bridal stores. I think I've been watching too many "Say Yes to the Dress" on TLC, but my VERY FIRST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE was sooooo not what I expected. Being newly engaged (almost 3 weeks yay), I was so eager to step into a bridal store and try on dresses. I picked this DB because it was close to my aunt's home and I was in the area. Let's say, this was NOT what I pictured at all. First impression of the store: badly lit Marshalls. It did not showcase the dresses nicely, the store was really florescently lit, so I don't know... the dresses had a funny tint on it. Given on the manequins they had some beautiful dresses, If the decorations were nicer and it didn't look so chaotic, then it'd have made it better. Second: it took at least 20 minutes until my consultant acknowledged I was there. Her name was Mel. I came in on the dot for my appointment, registered checked in etc. Then I was standing there. With my sister (MOH). My mom and aunt came late. They stood with us. For a very very long time. Even when the consultant came, she spoke to us for less than 5 minutes then went to see her other client. Given it was a Saturday and it was busy, I understand that she was serving more than 1 customer. But literally, we sat on chairs. Correction, my sister was standing because she didn't even bother to bring another chair over! Third: Man, I came prepared! I had 8 dresses all printed out with their style numbers ready for the consultant to pull out for me! I handed her the packet, and immediately she said "We do not carry the Vera Wang collection. Only 2 stores in the Chicago land area do, and we're not one of them". Bummer for me, that was one that I really wanted to try. But it's ok because I had like 7 more. WELL, ha I got to try on the dresses, one at a time in like 15 minute intervals.... I would literally go in and change, and the dresses are HUGE on me because they were floor samples. My impression was that the consultant would be there to help lace me in clip the extra fabric, right? NO. She disappeared. For like 10 minutes because she was helping the other customer.So i stood there in a huge suit trying to hold the dress up and not flash the room. Fourth: Did I forget to mention the "dressing room" is no bigger than a walk in linen closet with no mirror? WTF man? What if i wanted to preview the dress before showing my family? I guess everyone got to see the dress (ugly or not) together in front of everyone in the store! Fifth: Finally after my awesome aunt complained to the store manager, she miraculously switched my consultant to attend me fully, and things got better. She started pulling out more dresses from my list so that i got to try on one after another. In the end: I did find something that was potential, but I found something that was EVEN BETTER... next door at House of Brides. My conclusion is that for some of the prices of the dresses, it's affordable for many people! There are various designs, fabrics, and styles, but what you pay for is what you get. I tried on some $1000+ dresses, and they were beautifully made and cut. I also tried on some $500 dresses that felt and looked cheap. DB overall carries a highly varied sample, so kudos for that. HOWEVER, based on my FIRST EVER bridal shopping experience, how the store was laid out, how my service was terrible (however I expected that on a Saturday, but not standing there trying to hold myself up for 10 minutes!), I am quite disappointed in this location and would definitely not go back there! read more

Getting married, and decided to visit David's Bridal in Aurora, Illinois. The receptionist Hailey greeted me with an amazing smile and made me feel very welcomed. I was met by my amazing Stylist Jennifer! She was simply incredible, she was very professional, courteous, friendly and outgoing. She asked all the right questions to find the perfect dress! I walked in overwhelmed by the amount of dresses there feeling it would be difficult to find "THE DRESS" from such an incredible collection. I gave her as much information as I could as to what my budget, color, look, and style I was looking for. Jennifer said to me "I know exactly what you are looking for, and shockingly the first dress she showed me was the one I fell in love with! I tried other dresses and styles, but I just knew the first one she found for me was the one! Talking about being incredible at your job! She was awesome! I tried The Dress again on another size and the Manager came over and introduced her self, her name is Lindsay Labelle, they both made me feel very special, and treated me like loyalty. It's because of incredible customer service like that, that I decided to take the time to write a review. It always seems difficult for them to find wedding party info in their computer from different states. making an appointment to try things on gets spotty service, the consultants should be more willing to help you find items in the racks rather than just different sizes. Pretty much the only thing i got from the consultant was her standing around complimenting the dress, no offers to get different styles etc. often the times to receive the dress after ordering are super fast. ie: they'll say 6-8 weeks and i'll get a call in 7 days. i've found that if you don't have the dress in 6 weeks it's more likely that they order didn't go through. check back in with them read more

I had a horrible experience with them 9 years ago with my wedding but yanno, stuff changes management turns over etc.... So, i'm the MOH in a wedding. YAY! happy dance! I order my dress, and am told i need an 18. Now, I am familiar with bridal "bizzaro world sizing" and i asked to see the size chart. I argued with the consultant that I needed a 14 instead. He argued back that since i'm pregnant bla bla blah. The dress i selected was stretchy and had an open hip area- no WAY that this would not fit me! I finally freaking concede to the 18 to just get out of there as my husband was waiting with the kids in the car. I also double check that its possible to add sleeves to the gown. (as pregnant ladies need support and i'm gonna need an actual bra with straps) I am assured it is not only possible but will not cost me more than about $30 the 18 comes. I try it on. Its HUGE. Like, i don't even have to zip it up huge. "oh we can do alterations" Sure SURE ya can, for like another $150 right? And then they deliver the bomb shell. Its too big and we CAN do those alterations, but we can't do the other ones you wanted, its just SIMPLY not POSSIBLE. and i must be mistaking them for you know an actual "bridal salon. How about we just sell you a strapless bra instead". Now, I sew. If the bride had been OK with it i would have made my own stinkin dress. Not only do I know the sleeve alterations are possible, they're at MAX like a 1-2 hour job. And furthermore, i'm going to be about 8 months pregnant at this wedding. What possible feat of engineering could you possibly have in stock that would hold up "the girls" at that juncture that doesn't have straps. (answer: IT DOESNT EXIST) WHich is why i wanted the sleeve addition in the first place! They then suggest i buy a jacket to go over. I tell them tersely, "no. We are ordering a different style dress that i can wear a proper bra with and i'll either make or purchase a jacket for that one" And then i have to pick a different color because their "time" frame is like 14 weeks out for all the colors. Its a REALLY good thing the bride doesn't care what color we wear. I'm told the dress will come in JUST before the wedding. The dress came in 2 days ago. i could have ordered my original color. and 14 weeks? really? like, sometimes people get added to weddings or things change... and I hate to say this, the dresses, are not that high quality to begin with. Mine came in, i tried it on today (fits great, whaddya know, in a 14) and .... there are loose threads and stuff all over it. O_o Honestly, if i presented something that not so great finished to a client, i'd lose the client. All in all this was an exceptionally frustrating experience. read more

I do not know where to begin. I had always told myself that if I had a negative review to share, I would share it directly with the store or business. However, after several attempts to have David's Bridal see the reality of the situation and their unprofessional behavior, I give up. I'm petite and expecting. I found out a few months before my best friends wedding and immediately, and I mean immediately, began to the process of contacting David's Bridal to see my options for the dress and weight gain as I am the Maid of Honor in the wedding. They assured me several times the dresses we picked out would not be an issue to alter or order a size up in. After not gaining much weight in my stomach area, I figured I was in the clear. I DID order a second dress in a size 6 just in case the dress I had would not fit. Sure enough, two weeks prior it did not. I contacted the store multiple times..after several attempts on their end to not pick up the phone..only to be told 1. They could not find my order (they had the wedding date wrong and my name wrong in their system) and 2. The dresses we had for the wedding were discontinued & it's not their responsibility to let a wedding party know. (That baffles me!) They quickly encouraged an alteration..however had no guarantees of it being completed on time for the wedding and could not fit me in until a few days before the ceremony. No, thanks. The bride decided it would be best to just have me wear a different dress all together. Oddly enough, and magically enough during our appointment to exchange the dress it became a "guarantee" to find the dress at a different store location or have the alterations be done on time.. I was told several times on the phone that neither of these options were doable. I even had the associate look at a store nearly 3 hours away for me for a size 6 dress and she told me none were to be found. So, which associate is lying? It honestly seemed like the associates didn't want to deal with an exchange of the dress...which considering the circumstances is so strange. We chose the easier option that does not hold them accountable to any more errors after they made several. WHO on earth would trust a store or company to alter a dress on time after being told they don't even take accountability for inventory at a BRIDAL SHOP? I would have had to pick the altered dress up the MORNING of the Wedding with no guarentee as to how it would look, feel or fit...which we said was not an option SEVERAL times. Unprofessional and quite frankly, not accommodating for expecting mother's or any brides needs whatsoever. read more

I was so incredibly disappointed in this David's Bridal. I had an amazing experience at the David's Bridal in Bucktown but this location was awful. In fairness, I think the shop overbooked the bridal consultants because they all seemed stressed out and running around. When we arrived, we waited a while at the front for someone to help us, but nobody did. So, we gave up and started looking at the gowns. Eventually, through accosting three bridal consultants, we found ours. Our bridal consultant sucked. She was unfriendly and acted as though we were annoying her. She did ONE thing: bring us a few initial gowns. That was it. Also, she brought my friend gowns that were much too small despite the fact that we told her our sizes. We were so desperate that we caught another consultant to help. To her credit, the other consultant was really nice and more or less "took us on" as her own. I caught her giving a quizzical look to our initial consultant, who just kind of shrugged. I liked some of the gowns here, but wouldn't buy any at this location. read more

Kristen P was amazing. I was so stressed about wedding dress shopping but she made the whole experience wonderful and easy. I showed her a couple pictures and the second dress she pulled was the one I selected. Not only that but she picked my accessories such as the veil and another head-piece, and it all came together beautifully. August 4th, 2021 When I arrived, The dress was ready, and I tried it on in-room twenty-one. The associate Julie helped me zip but disappeared when I needed to take it off. Thankfully, some ladies across that were customers agreed to unhook the dress at the top for me. I was on the phone with three other people (my mother, aunt, and the cousin that went to the appointment) when I noticed I did not have the chiffon wrap. Figures it was at the front and proceeded that way. I explained to Julie the dress fit fine when she returned on the way; I am just missing my wrap. Her eyes got big, and she said, ok. When I went to the front, Julie explained that it was not there. I checked the receipt and noticed the wrap was not there. The wrap and dress were on my profile through the tablet and invoice with a belt sash, but she never ordered it. Julie said the wrap would not be in until October 2nd. A hindrance and not my fault. The whole time Nelly Garcia saw this, heard this, and did nothing. Julie said they had other wraps in Metallic pink and soft pink. I wanted to see how they would match. Julie acted as if she did not know to go back to the front to compare against the dress. I had to prompt her and ask her can we check on top of handing her the other wrap. Why would I carry it back to the front myself? After it did not match, she said the only thing she could do was email ( never stating who or what) which, probably won't help. Never once tried to accommodate. I asked her could I get a Davids Bridal garment bag at least and not a plastic one? She stated that it is for wedding gowns, but I guess I can for the inconvenience. WHAT? I left highly upset my wedding is next month. My family is still on the phone; they are horrified at the issue that is going on. They told me to go back in the store and ask them to call other David Bridals and see if they had the wrap. Even if the wrap was in a different state, someone I knew could have picked it up and sent it to me. Nelly Garcia agreed and was on the phone. I went to the gas station to calm down came back a few minutes later. Nelly Garcia offered to take a dress that was 30 dollars and take the fabric to make the wrap. Acceptance, the dress was the same color, and the top layer was chiffon. She asked me if I would pay for it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Nelly Garcia told me that the wrap was not on the receipt. I explained that this is not something I wanted last minute. It's even in my profile! Why wouldn't I expect this wrap and my wedding is next month! Nelly Garcia explained well in most cases people say they will think about it and come in later or another day. I explained what the hell does that mean to me? I came in and bought my items the same day. I am not an indecisive woman. I came in and selected what I like and get the damn thing purchased. My life doesn't revolve around procrastination. She took the dress to the back without a word. I waited a while and another associate in the store praised Nelly. I just don't care at this point, I am highly irritated. Especially, after telling me most managers wouldn't even help me, I should be grateful. BULLSHIT! I am paying my money and didn't get the full experience in the first damn place! I explained to her that I left the store TWICE, and NEVER received my hello beautiful bag and was never offered one. She grabbed me one and checked it. Filled the bag with items that were not there that should have been. I was gracious, but she never gave her name ( a black lady with gold and black hair). When Nelly Garcia came from the back, the wrap was on a hanger with tissue paper on top and in a tied garment bag. I untied the garment bag to look at the wrap's entirety. The stitching was great, the quality was awful. I thought the stitching would be half-assed. The fabric itself had a run and a hole and was dirty in some areas. I don't believe she thought I would check it. I wish I took a picture. I was so pissed. I asked Nelly Garcia if this was her wedding day would she wear this? She told me YES! I told her that was unfortunate, try again, I don't want this. She said she wouldn't. I told her to accommodate me and find the wrap. I didn't care if it was in Indiana, Mississippi, Iowa, or anywhere here in Illinois. She typed it on the computer. Nelly said (finally, because she didn't when I came back from the gas station) that it was not available anywhere! I told her I wanted a refund now! She told me immediately never to look at my receipt or profile once that after seven days, I cannot return it. That worried me that she would say that immediately without checking as if she knew. I asked her did you check? Do you even know when I purchased the item? She then checked and said, "oh"; it was four days ago. I got the receipt for the refund. On my way, I read it. Compared to House of Brides next door, this place is a godsend. I got a great dress for $450. I was a walk-in but was not at all treated that way. The girl who helped me was bubbly and sweet and I felt that she was genuinely interested in helping me find the dress of my dreams. The only weird thing is that they reaaaallllyyy wanted me to take the dress that I tried on. I wanted to order a brand new dress, and they finally said ok. They left it up to me, but not without trying to get me to take the one in the store. My new dress came in 3 weeks. In my opinion, you shouldn't spend too much on a dress anyway, you only wear it one day. My dress was $450 and my bridesmaids dresses were $80 after a discount. Their accessories are kinda pricey. I didn't buy my dress from here, but I had a fantastic experience shopping for one. I had scheduled an appointment online, which I am a huge fan of and came at my scheduled time. When I arrived I was introduced with Bethanny, who was my salesperson for the day. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and then went to pull dresses for me that met that criteria. She set me up in a dressing room and I went to town trying on dresses Bethanny was really friendly and super helpful. She didn't have a problem at all when I tried on dresses that I had picked and ended up hating. She didn't mind that I couldn't make up my mind. In the end, I had narrowed it down to two dresses that I liked and I had decided to look around more before committing to a purchase. She urged me to set up an appointment for a couple of days later to take advantage of the sale that seems to always be going on when you are looking for a dress. I did shop around some more and I did find a dress I liked way better than anything I tried on here for half the price, so I bought it. But I would recommend Bethanny if you are shopping here for a dress. read more

I had an excellent time here as a bride getting the bridesmaids dresses with my girls! Such a large selection of dresses and a lot of great accessory options as well. Savannah and Danielle did an exceptional job as our stylist and went above and beyond to get all 5 bridesmaids the dress of their dreams. All of the dresses they loved have a fast lead time, which is unheard of these days. I purchased my wedding dress from a different boutique but should've gotten my items here.
