My party was large - sister, mom, my future mother and sister in-law, aunt and grandma. Bri'Zan and Alice did a great job of taking care of my whole party and myself. Everyone had a comfortable seat and my dressing room was spacious. I loved that we started the appointment by going through the racks and picking out dresses that we were drawn to. We got in and out of dresses quickly and Alice listened intently to what I was and was not looking for. In order to help me visualize the dresses in different lights, she even turned down the lights for me so I could see what it would look like as the sun set at our mountain venue. Talk about dedication! At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two very different styles of dresses and expressed that I had another appointment that I wanted to go to the next day while I was in town. Ultimately, I ended up finding my dress at a different place but I really did love my experience at Bri'Zan and would've happily purchased my dress there if we had found "the one" during my appointment. Thanks Bri'Zan - we will definitely keep you in mind for MOB/MOG dresses as we move forward with wedding planning!

I stood at the register waiting to be greeted while numerous employees (including the owner) walked past. It was only my group & another group so they were not busy. When I finally got helped we were told to pull what I wanted to try on so my MOH became the worker instead of them. My sales associate was completely unhelpful, disinterested & awkward compared to the other associate (who we are basically on top of because the place is super small). The dresses are all dirty & makeup stained, you cannot take photos & they upcharge all of the gowns compared to the other store I went to. I would never recommend the vibe or service here to anyone.

When I called to express my concern, I was told they "inspected every layer" and it wasn't like that when it was in their possession. However, some of the blood is on the back side of lace appliques, and the layer of fabric between my body and the appliqué is not bloody, which leads me to believe it was stained during the making of it. Instead of apologizing, offering to pay for dry cleaning, etc., I was instantly blamed for something that I did not do. Moreover, I had an issue of ordering a lined gown and paying for a lined gown, but receiving an unlined gown. The store so graciously refunded the difference between unlined and lined versions, but the refunded amount doesn't cover alterations to make it lined. I loved the entire process of buying a gown from here, but am horribly dissatisfied and disappointed with their professionalism and overall attitude.

If you have read my previous bridal shop reviews, you know I have not had a good experience shopping for a wedding dress. White Satin, more specifically Emily, changed my entire experience. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance. I got there a few minutes before my appointment, checked in with someone, and looked around while I waited for my stepmom. The main floor of the store is spacious and has all of the gowns together. The walls are lined with dresses and there is a center display of dresses. They were in size order to give you a better feel of what you were looking at but in a comforting manner. Here is what I really liked about White Satin - Emily asked me what kind of dress I was looking for. I didn't know but I knew what things I didn't want. She took that information and started digging through the gowns to show them to me. She pulled ones that I would have just glanced at and poo-pooed. We ended up with about 10 to try on. I picked out the order in which we tried them on. I mostly did it from the ones I thought were not going to look good to the ones I was most excited about. My thought process was get the ugly/not my style ones out of the way so I could be truly blown away later! WSB has a nice area to try gowns on. It is setback from the show floor and cannot be seen until you walk all the way into the store. There is fairly good lighting and about 3-4 dressing rooms. I was able to try on every gown and get a good view of them. I ended up setting aside the two I really liked to try on after in order to make a decision. I only ended up trying one of those 2 dresses on and knew it was THE dress. I did, however, appreciate that they didn't mind me FaceTiming my mom before saying it was definitely the one. Sorry but if mom said it looked stupid I don't think I could buy it. I didn't try on any "headpieces" but those aren't really my style. WSB had a really simple payment - 50% down and the other 50% when I come in for my first fitting. The whole experience was incredibly easy and enjoyable. I would recommend White Satin to any bride who is confused and unsure of what she is doing dress wise. They were just so warm and welcoming.

You get assigned a shopper who helps pull dresses and assists with trying on etc., but they're not pushy at all. There was a very nice selection and they're organized by size so it makes it easy to find what you want. The dresses are not inexpensive (although you might get lucky in the clearance section) but the quality is totally different than what I've found at Macy's or online. They seemed very on trend to me but weren't as terribly short as most of what I've found online so we were both happy with her choice. I got a ton of compliments about the dress from everyone who has seen her pics. She found a dress she really loved but they didn't have it in her size. So they special ordered it for her and we got it in just a few days, in time for the dance. And the women who worked there were just a delight. Our appointment was at 4 and they close at 5 but no one rushed us. We could not have asked for a better experience. It reminded me of how shopping used to be pre-internet (I know, I'm old). I can't wait to make an appointment for her prom dress. Just an amazing experience. It's so nice that stores like this still exist.

Extremely disappointed with the management and alteration services at Wolsfelt's. I paid $442.92…read moretotal for a Maid of Honor dress and two rounds of in-house alterations, which included having the seamstress shorten the straps. The shop forced me to pick up the dress two weeks early solely because their seamstress had a family conflict and needed to reschedule. The dress sat completely untouched in their protective garment bag at my home on a hanger, went straight to a hanger at the venue, and was put on while I was completely standing up. I did not drape it over anything and never sat down a single time before the ceremony. Yet, the moment I put it on, severe vertical ripples formed straight down the seams due to improper machine thread tension, permanently warping the fabric. The exact strap they actively altered completely snapped from its base. A premium dress should survive more than 20 minutes of standing wear without a total structural failure. When I emailed clear photo evidence of the damage, management (Lorrie) completely refused to offer any refund whatsoever. Instead, she tried to claim 'silky satin is a delicate fabric' and blamed me, guessing that the perfectly straight machine-puckering lines were 'external snags from jewelry, sequins, or shoes'--even though I wore zero jewelry or sequins, and a bridesmaid put my shoes on while I stood. She also hid behind the fact that the dress was 'in perfect condition' on a static hanger during my 3 fitting visits and that I signed the pickup form. A signed form does not protect a salon from latent structural defects that only manifest once a dress is subjected to the active tension of being worn. Lorrie's only solution was for me to make yet another 40-minute drive each way to drop off the dress so they could 'remove the snags' and sew the strap--for an event that had already passed! I have already driven nearly 5 hours in round trips across 4 separate appointments for this gown. I am not wasting more time and gas to let a shop 'repair' a dress for a past wedding when I no longer trust their alteration skills anyway. Beware of their alterations department--they will permanently ruin your gown, deliver defective workmanship that fails on your big day, and then callously blame you to protect their bottom line.

I will say that in my last few visits I have encountered Tina's daughter who is the perfect combination of direct and personable. She possesses both the patience and the skill to reach a wider customer base. I recommended Tina's to a close friend who shared that her interaction with Tina was not the best, but Tina's daughter stepped in and was wonderful so she will be a repeat customer. They have a good selection, alterations are done on site and the expertise is not easy to find elsewhere.
