But after 3 years I decided to cancel the contract as the price rose each year and it seemed an expense I did not need. When I called the company to do so I was told that as the back of the original contract indicated, the only way to cancel was by registered mail 60 days or more before the contract ended. As a result my contract was rolled over for another 3 years! There had been no contact from the company (other than delivery of the mats) for those 3 years. I contacted the company asking to please let me out of the contract and despite my attempt to be convincing, was told that there was no way out of the contract other than the stated registered mail 60 days ahead of the contract end date. The suggestion was then made that I immediately send that piece of mail so it could be cancelled in 2019! All this for 2 floor mats! I am appalled! For future customers, be aware of this unwavering out clause!

A few days earlier, I had ordered flowers online from a competing website to be delivered by 3 pm on Friday but they hadn't been delivered so I reached out to MD Creations. It was after hours but I was desperate to make sure there were flowers at the funeral. I texted the numbers provided on their voicemail and heard back from Carlos within minutes. I explained my situation and he shared photos of a beautiful arrangement Maria put together for another engagement. It was exactly what I had in mind and at a great price. Although their business doesn't open until 10 am Saturday, Carlos promised they would go in early to create the arrangement and he would hand-deliver to the church by 9:30 am. The service was scheduled for 10:30 am. This morning, Carlos texted me a photo of the delivered arrangement. Another wonderful personal touch that eased my mind. To say I was beyond grateful is an understatement. Thank you so very much Carlos and Maria for pulling off this miracle for me with such short notice!! When walking in, no one was there to greet us. Finally someone came out from the back who said they could help us. We started looking at offerings and quickly were told the staff member was working with two customers at the time. When attention was finally turned to our group, AJ and Tom both helped us pick the best jacket, shirt, vest, shoes, cuff, bow tie, and pocket square. I was surprised by how many options were available. Our family could try on pieces to check fits and noted they had regular, wide, slim, and tall fits for adults only. They are flexible with pick up and return locations and guarantee the rentals being ready 3-4 days ahead of wedding as long as you do a final fitting 2 weeks ahead of time. Pricing seemed fair for how much was included. Overall, the store did seem understaffed but we still enjoyed our experience. I cannot wait to see the final rental selections for our wedding day!
