We googled dress shops and walked in on Thursday night just before close with no appointment. The staff was wonderful with my daughter who was picking out her first homecoming dress. The young girl who helped her was amazing. They are very on trend. I got to sit back and enjoy seeing her in about 15 different dresses. We found the perfect one for under what we wanted to spend. Wish I could rate ZERO. They are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Get with the times and body sizes people. I took my daughter here for prom dress shopping, what a nightmare. Be warned, in the huge room with the fitting rooms, mirrors, pedestals and staff are the 00 through size 8 dresses. In a room on the other side of the store is a sad small room with the larger sizes. NO mirrors, NO fitting rooms, NO help. After you select a dress on the other side you have to do a walk of shame to the other side and stand there waiting for help. I was willing to let this ridiculous place and poor service go, UNTIL my daughter stated I have never felt worse about myself, then I was even more unhappy. The girl helping even had the nerve to ask her to complete a survey because she could win a prize! Take your daughters to a place that truly appreciates the customers and a woman's size and shape. read more

I needed formal floor length dresses for my daughters for a black tie wedding. Wolfsfelt's did not disappoint. My daughters are a size 00 or 0 depending on the brand so we sometimes find it difficult to find appropriate dresses for young teens that are in their size. We found gorgeous dresses, sexy but conservative. We did need a seamstress to take the length in. Plan for this as all floor length gowns are long and sized for very tall individuals vs my petite girls. Dresses were a little pricey (almost 400 each) not including seamstress, but worth it. read more

Customer service was good and if you are size 0-8 that's the place to be but not if you are bigger. First, I made an appointment three weeks ahead and spoke over the phone and emailed what my daughter is looking for. She wanted emerald green ball gown/A line dress not strapless size 14. Let me tell you they didn't even have one dress like that. Second, when we come in you get seperated by size. 0-8 goes to this big nice room with so many choices and if you are larger girl you go to left small depressing room with small selection which that alone was disheartening. We went somewhere else found her dream dress, actually two, not to mention much better organized dresses were seperated by style then color from size 00-20 on one rack much better experience. Called ahead to see if they have size 14 emerald green ballgown and three were waiting for us. Huge difference between two experiences. Going back to Wolsfelt I shoud have known page models are all slim girls and I see I'm not first one to bring up lack of dresses for plus size. I wouldn't have been upset if someone would have told me they don't have what we are looking for when I called and emailed in the first place. read more

Wolsfelt's was one of three shops we stopped at for my daughters 2018 prom dress and I have to say the shopping experience with Shannon and Bailey was by far the BEST of all shops visited. They really are very helpful and patient as this was our first stop with no idea the style or color she was wanting. The shopping experience is relaxed, non pressured and the shop is clean and elegant. They go the extra mile to make it an experience for the girls. The store has large dressing rooms compared to a tiny closet at one of the popular shops that had no mirror. Giving the cost of these dresses and that all 3 shops are on the same pricing structure, Wofsfelt's is by far the better experience for your money. Thank you Ladies!! read more

Bought a $500 dress there, want to get it shortened. Alterations said they have no time in the next month to shorten the Dress and we should go somewhere else. They didn't tell us this when we bought the dress. read more

I didn't find my prom dress here, but the ladies who work here really make you feel welcomed. They have a great selection for bigger sizes as well as smaller sizes, which you don't always see in most boutiques. Jen was amazing, and understanding when I chose not to get a dress that day, she even said she would look into getting more dresses that I would like in the next few days! read more

I was about to give up prom dress shopping after traveling an hour to the prom shoppe and not finding anything. My friend and I looked up this place and the staff and management was SUPER nice and professional. They gave my friend and I some space while shopping my consultant was Gabby (:, she was super sweet. She even tried to get my price on the dress lowered! They have a good selection for sizes 00-6 from what I could see. I got my prom dress here and I'm in love . They have a layaway option as well.
