The mall does have a big parking lot so shy of Black Friday to middle of January... there should be no issues finding a spot. The store itself is beautifully laid out. During my visit, they had a great selection of products. And it seemed they were all ~10% off retail price (probably due to being an outlet store?). However, I did see a lot of signs saying an addition 30-50% off on random tables and area with some possible excisions so talk to an associate. Being an outlet store, you will have be less picky about the color but that is fine with me. I own different brands and colors so my house is like a rainbow. Today, I was interested in a deep lasagna pan. And I found a rack of them with an addition 30% off. Score! Overall, I wish I could have spend more time at the store. But my 2 year old was getting antsy and there are a lot of heavy and breakable items. However, I will be back in the future. And maybe by myself if the wife allows it to spend more money.

Popped into the store today and was greeted by a very friendly associate. She made sure we knew…read moreeverything in the store today only was an additional 30% off the ticketed price, but pointed to two tables and said everything on those two tables was 35% off. After browsing we found a set of measuring spoons and cups we wanted. Combined cost about $80. At the checkout, they ran up at 30%% off not 35%. When I questioned the associate, she said, the "tools" aren't part of the sale, only the bakeware. We opted to forgo the purchase over the $4 difference out of principal. While it's not as catchy to say 'everything on the tables except...' honesty would be great, especially when you see the people you told about the additional discount picking up apparently excluded items.

This is a family run company that is a success story for the Chicago area. It's impressive the…read morelevel of quality they have achieved and the variety of services the business offers. I have been getting vehicles wrapped for campaign advertisements for many years, and Chicago Wrap definitely does a premium job compared to some other places. I finally decided to satisfy my curiosity and take the five-day beginner's course for color change. It is a useful curriculum that gives students ample time to practice and perfect the different techniques. And getting to be instructed by a founding member of the team is a cool experience. But even more amazing than the hands-on practicum is getting the opportunity to watch the other professionals at work. You can learn alot just by watching these people and the way they take their craft to the next level. As a regular consumer, it might be easy to have sticker shock at first and think that the prices being asked are high. But believe me, you get what you pay for. And you certainly wouldn't want your wrap done on the cheap and then be stuck with an inferior job that looks like crap. These guys' work is flawless! And after seeing the level of care and attention to detail that goes into what they do, you'll realize it's worth the money.

I have to give big thanks to Mr. Jalen Amison, (ADM install materials) and his professionalism…read more I was returning an item I purchased 20 days ago (New in packaging with receipt), and was rudely and aggressively rebuffed by the CountrySide Store assistant Scott and the manager Carl. Mr Amison at the Aurora store knew return policies and courtesy to customers who are following the corporate return policies. I felt reassured that my shopping at the Aurora store was valued. Not so at the COUNTRYSIDE store, where aggressive nastiness is a norm and where the MANAGER decides the return policy. Dean answered my questions about current decorating trends and assisted me in finding just what I needed to help me blend my aesthetic with potential resale value in a couple of years. The price was also better than I expected. My only two suggestions for improvement would be, 1) add signage to show there was floor tile in the center of the store. I saw the sign for "decorative floor tile" but did not realize there was other, less expensive, floor tile elsewhere in a separate area, and 2) have people on the floor ask customers if they need help. I was wandering in the wrong area and 4 different employees either stood talking to each other or were putting new samples on the wall who basically ignored me.

As a struggling, hard working single Mother there were many days, weeks, months I lost hope that my…read moreson and I would ever see justice, in what can be a never ending court system and process , that at times, one feels helpless and forgotten. In so many cases, like mine, single parents give up hope, primarily for financial reasons or from frustration, given a system that doesn't give us a voice, we are silenced by a process that can dehumanize us and our children. I can't tell you how many firms I contacted, legal aid services offices and to my dismay, I felt as if I was just a number, inconsequential. The lack of empathy was at times heartbreaking. My last call was to Motta & Motta LLC. From the outset, I finally felt that I was being heard, not being discouraged by being told my case was hopeless or that I would never be able to afford the court costs. This was a hard case, it would be a struggle for justice to be served, but at no such time was I discouraged, as I knew I was in more than capable hands. I was being represented by a firm that didn't just look at my son and I as a dollar sign. In the end, what seemed impossible, what little to no hope I had left dissipated. Motta & Motta made the impossible happen. It was beyond any expectations I thought possible. At times, I could not pay in full, but they worked with me on a payment plan because they believed so strongly in my case, the injustice that my son and I had suffered through years of court politics and a system who would rather disregard single parents who may not have the monetary means to fight a drawn out court battle. That said, we are eternally grateful. I write this to anyone dealing with a divorce or custody issue, it may look dark at times, dismal even, but there is hope, and the firm you want behind you is Motta & Motta LLC. Lorraine Leone
