Shipped to another state . They won't arrive until after Easter so my great niece had no candy in her Easter basket from me. Very disappointing. I will go to the post office and send whatever I want to her because I know it'll get there. I called Customer service and they offered nothing to help. They couldn't expedite shipping. But they said I could spend another $40 for 2 8 ounce packages of chocolate. And they would try to ship again ! NO THANKS !!Expensive!!! THANKS FOR RUINING HER EASTER BASKET!! The selection of women's clothes, jewelry and accessories is pretty diverse and there seemed to be a little bit of everything for everyone, however this place did focus on trendy, stylish and amazing clothes that rival the styles of bigger chain stores such as Bebe, American Eagle, Arden B and others. Beautiful and sexy heels, dresses, shirts and shorts all around in this seasons best colors and patterns. My wife found beautiful color necklaces and shoes...at REALLY good prices. The store uses the Square register app for iPad. A quick swipe of my card, and my receipt was emailed to me within seconds and I was out of the store with my purchase. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex and of course cash taken here. In talking with the manager, I discovered the store was completely decorated and furnished by the owner Beth Hoffert who, according to her works all the time to keep the store looking trendy, stylish and just plain cool. This store is definitely the center of the fashion world in Ottawa, Illinois and is more of the type of store you'd find in downtown Chicago, Dallas or another major city. I thought it was going to be a store that primarily catered to young women. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it carries not just clothing for all ages, but also clothing for many sizes. There's a sign when you walk in that they carry sizes XS-3X. I ended up buying several items, including some one-size-fits-all leggings that are so soft and comfy - I think for $13. They have shoes and accessories too. One of my favorite things about the store is that the owners have great fashion sense and helped me put together outfits that look really good. I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I arrived around 1pm to pick up my order, waited for 10 min for someone to get my order from the basement, and was then told they don't even have the pants anymore. All the associate said was " Sometimes our stock online isn't accurate to what's in store." She then confirmed I will be refunded and walked off. She never once offered to try and help me order a new pair online or give me some sort of a discount given the pants were $150. This was my first time shopping at this store and let's just say I will never be back!

Still one of my favorite stops. This is like shopping in a dear friend's great closet. Although the store is tiny, the variety always surprises me, and the service can't be beat. I find interesting items I find nowhere else, and while their prices are consistent with other stores, their sale items make them more affordable. There is even a comfortable place to sit! I have purchased tops, purses, outerwear, scarves, jewelry, and other items. Easy to miss since it is north of Casa Bonita and before the train tracks, up a couple of stairs. But with such a uniquely-vintage location and terrific items and service, it is worth the extra steps. Easy parking right in front, or in the copious parking lots around the corner on Lake Street.
