Consider a different shop when looking for a wedding dress. After bringing my dress home from the…read moreshop I noticed multiple blood stains on different layers in different spots of the entire dress. When I called to express my concern, I was told they "inspected every layer" and it wasn't like that when it was in their possession. However, some of the blood is on the back side of lace appliques, and the layer of fabric between my body and the appliqué is not bloody, which leads me to believe it was stained during the making of it. Instead of apologizing, offering to pay for dry cleaning, etc., I was instantly blamed for something that I did not do. Moreover, I had an issue of ordering a lined gown and paying for a lined gown, but receiving an unlined gown. The store so graciously refunded the difference between unlined and lined versions, but the refunded amount doesn't cover alterations to make it lined. I loved the entire process of buying a gown from here, but am horribly dissatisfied and disappointed with their professionalism and overall attitude.
