Dad appreciated the low pressure and knowledgeable salesmanship.

The owner PJ was really friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Price of the suit was pretty fair too for what it is prior to us paying. We were fitted for a suit really quickly but we were told that the suit would take 6 weeks to come in and we waited nearly 8 weeks and some of my friends are waiting more. If you need to get alteration it will add some time as well. Overall, the presentation of the suit and the staff every time I've been here has been outstanding not nonetheless. They take great Hospitality of their guests throughout the visit which makes up for some lost time. Definitely come back and check out their sales that they have at certain points of the year.

Very disappointing experience with the tailoring service at this Men's Wearhouse…read more I brought in a shirt that needed an alteration and was basically told they would not adjust it. I also left a pair of pants for alterations after explaining the fit issues, but when I picked them up, barely anything had been changed and the original problems were still there. I eventually took the pants somewhere else, and the difference was obvious. The other tailor actually asked the right questions, looked at how the pants sat on my body, discussed what I wanted changed, and altered them based on my actual fit. That is what I expected from a store that advertises professional tailoring services. My experience here left me wondering how seriously they take customers who need anything beyond very basic alterations. Perhaps they are more comfortable handling straightforward occasion wear than actually dialing in the fit of a garment. The clothing selection itself is also nothing particularly special. It is largely a mishmash of mainstream labels similar to what you might find at a traditional department store. This seems like a perfectly adequate place for someone who rarely wears suits and needs something quickly for a wedding, interview, or other occasional event. But if you care about how your clothing actually fits and want thoughtful alterations, I would recommend taking your clothes to an experienced independent tailor instead.

Came across this store while looking for possibilities to find tuxedo shirts near work and it was a…read moregreat discovery because it ended up being the most affordable option out of any clothing stores in the area. I was a little confused as to the location of the store because it's tucked away behind Roadrunner and Michael's in Finley Square but a big sign above the passageway leading to the entrance helped me find my way. The tuxedo shirts were pre-packaged so I wasn't able to try them on in-store but a staff member who had directed me to them was nice enough to offer to measure me so that I could be sure of my size. I grabbed a slim fit one which was regular price for myself and a regular fit one for my brother since it was on clearance and he had mentioned he might want one. Once I had the shirts I did a loop around the whole store and noted a nice variety of men's suits and dress wear as well as women's dresses and other clothing available at competitive and in some cases fairly discounted prices. There is even a decent shoe section with lots of Stacy Adams and a children's section too. As I was looking around the staff member who assisted me beforehand checked in on me and I noted that he was very attentive in helping several other customers with sizing and tailoring suggestions. The variety of bow ties available was the best I had seen during my search and once again the most affordable although they didn't have any self-tie options. I was happy with the pre-tied slightly oversized butterfly one I was able to find though. They also had a good amount of black satin neckties available and I ended up purchasing two of these--a slim one as a backup in case I didn't like the bowtie look and a more traditional one for my dad because he wasn't sure he had one. In the end I opted for the bowtie but am keeping the necktie for the future. My dad ended up already having a tie he could use and my brother didn't need the tux shirt but the return process was nice and easy and the cashier was just as friendly as when I made my first purchase. Although the store can be a bit rough looking in certain areas and the options are more limited for someone with a smaller frame like me I still think K&G is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new suit or anything else that goes with it.

I happened upon Perry Ellis while trying on trousers last year and I love them. My body shape is different than most men and suits off the rack do not fit properly. At the very least I need to purchase the coat and trousers separately, then get them tailored. Miraculously enough after finding the complete linen suit I realized the sale was too good to just buy one suit. I ended up spending under $300 for 2 suits. 4th of July sale is boss!

If you can catch a sale at the right time, the store would be that much more appreciated. Their…read moreregular sale prices have buttoned shirts starting around $24 dollars, same with the slacks. Towards the back you can find clearance items of every kind but it's hard to find popular sizes. A size 36 waist 32 length is going to be hard to find, but a 38-42 waist with the same length may be available. In the way back on the clearance racks you can find very few items under $25 dollars. I'm not sure what it is about the clothing here in comparison to finding it at department stores, it seems different. Some may say, well it's outlet so maybe some are old or irregular. Not that, it would be advertised if that was the reason. Many styles of shirts are for an younger audience.
