He had already tried that and it was worse than our couch recliner. She suggested that renting a powerlift chair might be helpful. It was on the pricier side, but the only other idea she had. Well, we thought about over lunch and just decided to just purchase a chair. Terri showed us the options and let us just try out the chairs on our own time. We never felt rushed. It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.

I came in during a really stressful time trying to figure out what home medical equipment I needed, and Lee immediately took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I understood my options. Not only was he incredibly patient and kind, but he also gave me an amazing deal on several pieces of equipment. He truly went above and beyond to help me during a difficult moment and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. It is rare to find someone who cares this much about helping people rather than just making a sale. If you need any kind of home medical equipment, I highly recommend coming here. Great service, great prices, and an owner who genuinely wants to help people. Thank you again, Lee, for making a stressful situation so much easier.

Since walking was difficult, I helped her through this whole process. She lives in this area, so we came here and checked out her options. We spoke to the people that work here for recommendations and she tried out a knee walker and loved how comfortable it was. We ended up buying it and she doesn't need to use her uncomfortable crutches now. Service was great here and the pricing for the walker was very fair when I looked online to compare . Thank you!

I'm surprised nobody has helped us place yet and it's been open for about a year. Personally I feel…read morelike this is a strange concept store. I've never seen a liquor store used with a medical store at the same time. It sounds very counterintuitive as in for the idea of going in for medicine I suppose to help you but it sells liquor which isn't good for you unless you're really trying to numb away the pain. This store also features a UPS store. The staff here wasn't too friendly either just from walking in. The liquor store portion is actually pretty minimal. The selection doesn't compare to an average liquor store either I was assuming that this place would be almost like a Binnys. Also featured here are equipment for health like canes, wheelchairs, various medicines. You can even find snacks and Munchies that you can find at any convenience store too. The location isn't the safest either just because of the sketchy Hotel behind it. Selection is minimal on snacks , overall I was not a fan of the store.
