PLANET OF THE VAPES…read more This Bolingbrook dispensary has solid products, good prices, and nice vibes. I've been coming to Ivy Hall since they first opened back in June 2023.  You can find them on Route 53 & Lily Cache Ln in the space formerly occupied by Golden Chopsticks (a beloved Chinese restaurant). The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.   Placing an order online is fastest, but you can also browse in-store via large touchscreens.  They've got glassware and other accessories on shelves gently illuminated by pink neon signs.  My wife said she really liked the energy here, and she's very perceptive at picking up on vibes. Depending on the week, I'll usually pick up a 1/2 gram cart with fun terpenes; Fernway is my favorite brand and their "white widow" hybrid is pretty terrific.  In the past, I've also purchased a pre-roll 2pk and 7g of flower (a 'quad', IFKYK) at very fair prices. It's definitely worth signing up for their points system - I once spun their prize wheel at the Taste of Bolingbrook and won $15 worth of store credit!  They also have new customer deals, end-of-month sales, and seasonal promotions so there's always an opportunity to save $$. * TL;DR * Ivy Hall stocks a wide variety of things that can send you to outer space. They have a generous rewards program and a vast selection of items, from edibles to bulk flower, vape cartridges and tinctures.  I've always been able to find something suitable, whether it's chill nighttime indica for the wifey, or an energetic daytime sativa for yours truly. I HIGH-ly recommend Ivy Hall for all your joking, toking, and midnight smoking needs.

Everytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and nothing but genuine people. It is also well decorated - I would hangout there and work if they allowed it. There was an incident where a drunk man came in on a Saturday evening and they handled it so discreetly. Additionally , I ended up w a defective product and I was told to email the help box. I got a prompt response and was approved for a replacement product. That was something I had not expected and made me love them more. Overall 5 out of 5 without hesitation.

Budtender was nice, but tell me why they have 3 people at the check in and one budtender on the actual line (he was training someone so technically two people, but the guy being trained was doing nothing). There was no one else in the dispensary, like y'all don't need that many people up front. Prices are the worst in the area and I shopped every menu in a 15 mile radius of Naperville before coming. I was originally headed to Bisa Lina, but the line there had 50 people and I didn't want to wait. Now I wish I had. Don't come here, Bisa Lina way better in terms of cost and selection. Like please go anywhere else than this place.

I am not a big review writer. If I do it, it is usually for exceptional service or product. I have…read morepurchased many, many bottles and cans at this Benny's over the last three years living in Oswego. I have for the most part purchased these one or two bottles at a time. Now that I want to move my liquor cabinet to my new home, Benny's Montgomery says no on a Monday when they said yes on Saturday when they allowed me to take 3 boxes. That was not quite enough, so I was in for 2 more. Which I stated clearly to the three staff chatting at the service desk. This may seem a small thing to many (and it probably is). It unfortunately,is a big deal to me at this very moment. Especially when there are over 10 boxes sitting empty by each cash register. I get that they want to make sure there are boxes for everybody that needs them. It is their inconsistent behavior, it is the lack of placing limits but allowing those in a particular need to fill that small need at a specific point in time without having to make a purchase. This policy needs to be reviewed and until it is, there are other options. Benny's just lost hundreds of my dollars per year because of this choice. Please look at the small, independent person when you are purchasing your liquor. Please, help them. I went to a local store and they gave me 2 boxes quite freely. Even though I had never shopped at their store. Please consider this when you are purchasing liquor and other commodities. Please, think small and think local! I sure will going forward for this particular commodity.
