I wasn't spoken to once while the employees were doing random tasks. I walked around looking at different items then I tried on boots in front of two employees who didn't look at me once, greet me, ask if I was finding everything ok, or ask if I needed assistance. I ended up leaving with nothing as the size I needed wasn't in store. The store was in great shape so I gave it two stars but there was no customer service at all. I would have ordered the correct size boot had I been spoken to but I will go back to the other DSW store with the engaging employees so they can get credit towards their individual goals.

She made the task of shoe shopping extremely difficult. She was dismissive with a lot of attitude and not supportive at all. I wish I did not purchase shoes from Shoe Carnival. I should have left and went somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience. Lady was making crazy accusations of stuff, straight up lies. Felt very uncomfortable getting yelled at just for asking a question about why they weren't abiding by policy clearly stated on back of receipt. We had receipt and item still had the manufactures retail tag attached. I know other retail stores and employees would not treat a customer this way, especially for a $8.99 return!! After this interaction we left items that we were going to purchase.
