There are lots of fabrics and they are available for home visits. I liked it so much that I was very dismayed to see a dog there when we visited. I get it, you don't have much foot traffic but a dog just doesn't belong in the public part of a business. Granted, it was a tiny, extremely quiet and well behaved dog who went immediately to sleep. But I haven't brought my daughter back here because she has such severe dog allergies. Please keep the dog in the office part! I do plan a return visit and sure hope there aren't any dogs to greet me, no matter how cute and well behaved they are.

You are not refunded but given a credit to use inn their store. When I returned to use it--just five days past the expiration dat (only 6months by the way) the staff member told me it might still be possible to use it and suggested I reach out to the owner, since she has reactivated store credits for others in the past. What's most frustrating is that the expiration date was never mentioned to me at the time of the exchange. It was simply handwritten in pen on the receipt, which I didn't even notice. That's not a professional or transparent way to communicate an important policy, especially when it involves a customer's money. When I contacted the owner, I was told the system automatically deletes expired credits and there was absolutely nothing that could be done. This contradicts what I was told in the store and left me feeling dismissed as a customer. I understand having policies, but this felt unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent. I won't be shopping here again, and I'd caution others to be aware that store credits can quietly expire without clear communication or flexibility.

I think what bothered me most was the constant being on the phone with vendors and putting up new clothes- if you have customers in your store then you should be talking with them not on the phone. (It was really annoying trying to ask questions while the were trying to talk to a vendor about ordering). It's sad because they could have something really good here if they tried and connected with people .... Facebook is not the only connection to be making with your customers. I also find that they have an awesome plant section for really affordable prices. Lastly, don't miss out on the as-is room for the real deals. It's been a few years since I've been to this location and I did have to take a star off because it's a big more rugged and weathered than I remember. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.
