The tracking number indicates that USPS has not even received the hat yet in order to ship it to me. I live in Chicago and the store is in Lombard, Illinois, which is only 20 miles apart. I emailed seeking help and no response from Pro Jersey Sports. WHERE IS MY HAT?? I have now reported this to the Chicago Better Business bureau, and the U.S. FTC because this hat was ordered online and the hat has not arrived and Pro Jersey Sports will not assist me in locating the hat which was ordered two weeks ago. WHERE IS MY HAT??? This is the ONLY response from Pro Jersey Sports and whoever wrote this should be fired as they have not helped me at all. Pro Jersey Sports wrote via live chat, "You chose economy shipping" and that is it, with no other information and I still do not know where my hat is, but Pro Jersey Sports has my money and I still want my Chicago Bears hat. STOP HARRASSING ME!!! YOU HAVE MY MONEY BUT YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME MY HAT!!!! YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT AGAINST YOUR SCAM COMPANY!!! You have scammed and stolen from the wrong person. My attorney is on the phone, as I write this, with the Illinois State Attorney's office to file a verbal complaint against Pro Jersey Sports with the Illinois State Attorney. We will be following up with notarized testimony and a written legal complaint against your company for taking my order and my money and then willfully failing to deliver my hat and refusal to assist in locating the hat which was NEVER received by USPS because you NEVER SENT THE HAT TO ME. This is blatant and willful fraud and, with the help of my attorney, I am going to shut down your scam company and report you to the U.S. FTC since this order was placed online.

Per your instruction, I visited the store. The employee assisting me confirmed the sizing issue after comparing the shorts we received with the pair my daughter tried on during the fitting. 3. Because my daughter needed the shorts quickly for her travel team, we placed a new order for a size larger, an adult large, at the employee's suggestion. 4. When my older daughter picked up the replacement shorts, she was charged for the new order, which we expected to be an exchange or replacement for the defective original shorts. Since the store employee was able to verify that the two pairs of shorts were not the same size--despite both being labeled as medium--it is clear that the initial pair we received was defective or incorrectly sized. We should not have been charged for the replacement shorts. I request a full refund for the cost of the replacement shorts. Given the clear discrepancy, your need to speak to the manufacturer should not delay this refund. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

I had been looking around at different stores for a particular product when I came into this store I was trying to locate this said product and couldn't find not one associate on the sales floor as I walked around no one was around to help me & then I walked over to the footwear department at the suggestion of another customer like myself because they noticed Michael there and Michael walked me over to the product that wasn't in his area and helped me going above and beyond the call of duty such excellent customer service! You are not refunded but given a credit to use inn their store. When I returned to use it--just five days past the expiration dat (only 6months by the way) the staff member told me it might still be possible to use it and suggested I reach out to the owner, since she has reactivated store credits for others in the past. What's most frustrating is that the expiration date was never mentioned to me at the time of the exchange. It was simply handwritten in pen on the receipt, which I didn't even notice. That's not a professional or transparent way to communicate an important policy, especially when it involves a customer's money. When I contacted the owner, I was told the system automatically deletes expired credits and there was absolutely nothing that could be done. This contradicts what I was told in the store and left me feeling dismissed as a customer. I understand having policies, but this felt unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent. I won't be shopping here again, and I'd caution others to be aware that store credits can quietly expire without clear communication or flexibility.

I agree the customer service skills are horrible- my mom and I were asked if we needed help finding anything and that was as far as it went. The feeling was cold and unfriendly. The daughter was straight up clueless and had no knowledge of clothing or fashion. I think what bothered me most was the constant being on the phone with vendors and putting up new clothes- if you have customers in your store then you should be talking with them not on the phone. (It was really annoying trying to ask questions while the were trying to talk to a vendor about ordering). The daughter also was eating while people were shopping instead of taking her break in the back room. It's sad because they could have something really good here if they tried and connected with people .... Facebook is not the only connection to be making with your customers.
