I have not come here for years due to its steady downward slide. The interior is clean, bright, with virtually no dark storefronts. The place was actually packed. There are the name brands you will recognize, some newer names but all seemed vibrant. If you haven't been here in a while, give it another shot. It's good to see physical locations again.

This boutique is really cute and carries a lot of great high quality brands. I love to browse especially when they have sales. The clothing is now too young and trendy for me but every now and then I'll find a top or pants that are cute pieces for my style. Today I went in and had excellent service from the staff, I wish I had gotten her name. She was very professional and helpful in finding comfortable and flattering shoes for my low arches and flat feet. She went to the back a couple of times to find me options based on my size and style and she was really patient! Thankful for great customer service which is becoming increasingly rare these days I ended up finding a cute pair of boots, a pair of On shoes, and sunglasses all for 20% off as the whole store was 20% off. Ramon's was the second place I tried and both gave me comparable estimates for new leather straps - $65! That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.

I looked on yelp and found this business, gave them a call and brought them in that day. The owner did such an incredible job at fixing the shoes. I wish I could have taken before pictures, but I did take after ones. I am so beyond happy, he also got them done in a very reasonable time. Thanks so much for fixing my shoes. Would 100% recommend this for any leather needs. To give you an idea the heels were completely chewed. Now they look brand new. So happy. Thank you again.
