The customer service was horrible at first but then another sales associate helped us. I did find…read more2 pairs of shoes but after leaving the store I found that I was overcharged $30 for one pair. I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged.

I see him today speaking to officer Dargan 401 with Orland Park Police about clarifying statues of law, the mall director walks up and says "What does he think this is a legal seminar" joking in my face along with Dargan all because I asked how can you enforce law if you don't clarify? They both ignored my gesture and the Director of Security threatened to ban me just for asking for mall policy & when I asked for his name he tried to walk away. I've had issue with this man for years along with other mall vendors who pay to be there and he doesn't treat people with respect.
