The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... This means they didn't even check the suits thoroughly prior to giving them out to their customers which is what they are paid to do... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... Multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention or effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their customers. Moral of the story this business did not make my wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave me more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness.

The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I went here in April to get my…read moredaughters bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in June. They said it would be here by June 7th which was kind of late because the wedding is June 13. I call back and ask them again a couple of weeks later seeing if it changed, they said May 30th. So may 30th comes around, I call them ask if it's there and they said no it's not coming till the 12. I ask them if there's anything they could do about it and they said they will try. I call corporate to see if they could do anything, they can't and ive been in hold with them for 40+ minutes before I have them call back. They call back 4 hours later not being able to help me. I call the store today (6-2) asking if there was any news, earlier it sounded very promising and she took my number to call me back. 2 hours go by and no call so I call them back at 7:00 (they close at 7:30) and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me after waiting the 35 minutes to ask the question. Never again going to David's bridal for anything. This isn't the first time David's royally screwed me over.

Had a great first experience at Stride Rite! My son has a very high instep and is learning how to…read morewalk. Any shoes I bought from department stores would not go over the width of his foot. So I went to Stride Rite and the lady was so helpful. She measured my sons foot and told me all about the right type of shoes for him and let me know which ones came in extra wide. The shoes are a bit pricy but totally worth it if you have a foot that is hard to fit. I left with two pairs of shoes and extremely happy with the customer service and the products. Not to mention my 10 month old son fell in love with the lady helping us and trying shoes on him. Will definitely come back for more shoes in the future.

Brand new store that just opened up today and happy to be one of the first of many customers for…read morehim. The store features a vast variety of Menswear. All the clothing is high quality and if you read the labels they definitely come from high quality companies. Some of which of foreign (if that should matter) I met the owner of the store who was encouraging people to check out the store was really friendly. The lay out of the store is really nice as well. This definitely isn't your Modern Man store, it's definitely more than that from what this place offers and I told the owner that more people should know about this store. It's definitely something I want to get ready for my next date night . Highly recommend.

I couldn't find the matching pants for my new suit jacket anywhere in my size, so I bought some…read morethat were about 4 inches too long and brought them here. My bill was $10, the fit is great, and I can't tell her stitching from the original stitching. Aside from being shorter, they look exactly like they did when I bought them. Best of all, I brought them there around 1 pm and they were ready the next day on my way home from work. She has a great attitude, smiling and joking, just a great person with whom to do business.
