That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.

He also has a great selection of quality accessories for shoes, including shoe polish, shoe applicators, shoe brushes, shine cloths, anti-slide guards (for shoes with "slippery" soles), shoe horns, and, of course, shoe laces.
