The color is flaking off. They got die on my souls and they didn't clean the shoes at all. I will not be going back. When I took my shoes back, they pretended as though they clean their shoes before coloring them, and the shoes were obviously not clean. They tried to say it was stain. when I told him I had another shoe shot that says that they could clean them with no problem. He got upset and tried to give me the shoes back. Tell me to go get them clean first and then bring them back and he will die, though, after I already paid to clean the shoes and die obviously if I took him to the other shop first and all of the dye started rubbing off the shoes they would not be responsible for it I had to argue with the owner and his wife for a half of an hour before they admitted it was their fault that died was coming off and the whole time he arguing he's rubbing the shoe with his thumb in the dye is coming off when I asked him if that was normal he had to admit it wasn't, these people are very deceptive and manipulative and would rather try to blame you or make you think you're crazy before accepting responsibility craziest part of it all that he told me he had a problem with me giving him a bad review on the Internet ‍

Well that was me today, I would HIGHLY recommend Ramon's shoe repair shop and I will definitely be a returning customer! He was so kind, welcoming, and it felt like he just genuinely loved what he was doing. I walked in with my hopes not high as I had already been to multiple seamstress in the area who shot me down, but not Ramon... He helped me right away and within an hour he was finished.. I was blown away because I'm sure it's not everyday he repairs a dog harness! But his work looked better than I could have imagined! My dog has a condition called degenerative myelopathy where he is losing the function in his hind legs and I rely on his harness to help him get around the house, go potty, eating, etc. so my pup really couldn't wait.. but he decided he wanted to chew a part of the harness today and I was so worried it wasn't fixable or we would have to wait days for it to be fixed or heck even drop another large amount of money to buy another but again Ramon fixed it seamlessly and made it looked better than I imagined. He wasted no time and his kindness and work ethic was inspiring ! It totally made my day and my dogs! Plus his shop was so cool, very clean and tidy! I could go on and on. But bottom line, My Pup and I thank you so much Ramon, you went above and beyond!

Ramon's was the second place I tried and both gave me comparable estimates for new leather straps - $65! That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.
