JAB Orland Park is my destination when in store service is required. Yesterday I was swapping my summer jackets for winter coats and recognized that I no longer owned a blue dress topcoat, so off to Janet at Joe Banks I went. Her level of service is second to none! Five minutes after entering the store I was being checked out at a register with a beautiful blue wool dress coat that fits perfectly and was 30% off--an incredible value. Customer for life!

The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very helpful and well informed sales woman, Janet. She asked me what she could help find for me today. I told her a sports coat and new shirt. She took my measurements and said right out that my selections would be limited, but she'll do her best to help me find what I needed. She pointed out what jackets she thought may work with my dark charcoal slacks. Janet was correct my selections were indeed limited, however I did find a light grey coat that I felt would work. Janet suggested that I try Men's Warehouse across LaGrange so I did. { See my 1 star review}. She went above and beyond to box my gifts and make them look so special. She was super personable and pleasant and just an overall great person and employee! I have noticed that Von Maur employees are always very pleasant, courteous & helpful. The store itself is always clean and neat. The piano player is a nice added touch.
