We walked to the left to the hat section and two employees (Diego and Javer) were working in that section. Diego was trying on hats and Javer was going through the hats attempting to find one that would fit Diego. My husband and I started to look around the hat section without being greeted or asked if we need any help. The two employees were too busy fitting Diego for a hat. After about 3 to 4 minutes of us standing around looking for a hat, Javer finally asked if we needed any help. Diego was steaming and stretching a hat for his personal use. He stated the hat didn't sit right but he needed to get a haircut and maybe it would fit. My husband found a hat he like without the help of the employees and had question. Javer did stated that they didn't have the equipment to block a hat in the store and asked us to leave a review in hopes corporate would buy a hat block for the store. The two employees were more interested in finding Diego a hat that fit than working with paying customers right in front of them.
