Ramon's was the second place I tried and both gave me comparable estimates for new leather straps - $65! That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.

I was told I would receive a refund for the rental. Two days later, I got a refund of $20.00. When I called, I was told I was supposed to only get $10.00. NEVER again will we use Norman's or recommend them to anyone.
