The shampoo was never opened. It sat in my car so that I can return it and when I got there, I guess because it sat in the car with hot temperatures, it leaked a little well. Lori explained to me that it had been opened and they weren't sure if they could take it back I reassured her. I never opened it. It never came out of the bag. Well, I don't know. I'll have someone go to the hair salon to open up another and see if there was a seal that was on it as she asked another employee to do that. I told her it was never opened. It never came out of the bag well, I don't know that well, I'm telling you it didn't come out of the bag so if it wasted, it may have been due to the heat, but of course well I'll have someone do it this time. No thank you no smile on the face just nasty attitudes and I'm wondering is because of my melanin.

She rang up the socks at a higher than expected price, so I said I thought they were on sale. She said no they're full price, $22. When I got to the car, I decided to check the price online. $5.50 less. I decided to go back inside and I told her they are on sale online, can't you honor the price? Let's be real about JCPenney's situation. It was 7:00 p.m., I don't think I even saw five shoppers in the whole store. She said "No, that's an online price". That's all she had to say, she couldn't bother to say anything such as "I could ask my manager". I told her, get a manager for me. He came up front and adjusted the price for me. So what is the problem with the young brunette at the checkout who showed no regard for a customer satisfaction with her short and unhelpful answers? But, she was very willing to use words when she was trying to talk me into a credit card I have no need for. And not once or twice, but three times. I hate to see this story go out of business because there are few brick and mortar retail stores like JCPenney. If their prices in the store were as advertised online, wouldn't they bring in more traffic? And if they had something that resembled friendly and helpful customer service more people would probably shop here also. She had plenty of time to help me, there was no one in line behind me.

They gave them to us in disposable dry cleaner bags. No bag with a zipper like every other wedding we have been in. 1. My dad's vest was missing a button. Plain as day missing the button. Then the jacket had two old business cards and other cards in it as if it wasn't clean. 2. My younger son's pants were about 6 inches too long for him. My mom had to hem them. 3. My older son's pants were too tight in the waist. 4. My nephew's shoes were supposedly a 9 but when measured against his other size 9 shoes were about 3 inches smaller in length. Then the shoe laces were two clearly different shoe laces - one very thick, on very thin. Also his pants were frayed at the bottom. My brother in law had to go back to the store to rectify the situation. They had to give us new shoes for my nephew in a different size. Luckily they were wearable. They gave us an extra button for my dad's vest and then a replacement. All the tuxedos seemed dirty. They were just not clean looking. There is no way we should have been dealing with this on the wedding day. Never would I ever use this place again or recommend it to anyone. Tuscany Falls you should stop as well.

He happily suggested a nearby place for alterations, but before I left, he put one of Zeglio's bespoke jackets on me to show me the difference in fit. When I left that day, I knew I wanted to have my wedding tuxedo created by these people. When that day finally came, I called Zeglio's Lakeview location to begin the process. My call was warmly answered by Richard and the experience began. Richard is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable designer. During the design portion, he was informative, patient, and considerate, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I did my fitting and alterations at Zeglio's store in Loop. The place is super slick inside and the tailors really make you feel important: from the professionalism all the way to the small details most people would overlook, but makes a HUGE difference (suggesting I have the length of one of my shirt sleeves shorter than the other so my watch can be visible or altering the length of my pants so my socks show when I'm sitting down). Just an amazing attention to detail! My tuxedo only required a few minor adjustments. When I finally put everything on I was shocked at how flawless everything felt--I've never worn anything that has fit me so perfectly. This tuxedo made my wedding experience so much better.
