This is a charming shop with a helpful staff. A great place to find interesting gifts and fashion for a more mature woman. I'm not

Ok boys... be.jealous. This is one of the few instances I'm glad to be a girl…read more I don't know how they do it. Is it the absence of dressing rooms? Their strict return policy? Their detailed checkout procedure? Really, does it matter?? This store has everything from hair accessories to shoes, at prices that make you wonder how they get away with it. Shut up and shop. You can get an entire days clothing for less than a pair of jeans from The Buckle. I'm not kidding. Let's break it down. Tank $4 + jeans $15 + shirt $12 + scarf $7 + shoes $12 + bra, underwear, socks $12= $62. OK, maybe the quality isn't 100%. I know I get bored with clothes way before they fall apart anyway. The best part is the clothing here is versatile. They have lots of basics you can pair with unique staples in your current wardrobe. You can mold a style that fits you. Did I mention they get stock DAILY? That's right, DAILY. There is always something new every time I shop. I still wonder why there isn't a store like this for men... but until then, Ha. Haa. *Nelson voice*

Racial profiling? I don't know, we were the only latinas in the store at that time. The manager even stood by the metal detectors as we were leaving. I don't even shop there. The clothes are cheaply made and I feel too damn old to be shopping there, i just went with my friend.

When the boyfriend wanted to take me to the mall on a Saturday afternoon, I thought he was nuts…read more Nuts, I tells ya! And Orland Park mall is usually a clusterfrak, in my opinion, and I wasn't in the mood. But as soon as I entered Too Cool, I realized why he brought me there: It is pretty close to Hello Kitty heaven. (Real Hello Kitty heaven is the Sanrio store in San Francisco, but this is pretty good for the 'burbs!) I see here on Yelp that Too Cool is a chain, but this was my first visit. I was delighted by the HK selection, which includes plenty of gifts for kids, such as rubber stamps, [inexpensive] earrings, lots of sandwich containers, and sippy cups, but also a decent selection for grownup HK fans like me, like handbags, iPhone cases [but no Samsung Galaxy cases---boo!] and pens. I picked up some stickers, Chococat sticky notes, and a Hello Kitty dish that I plan to use for kitty food. I should have bought two! I was hoping to find a stapler because I recently lost my travel-sized one, but struck out. I'd also like to see a bit more stationery and house stuff, but they do have plenty of stickers, I'll give them that! I look forward to checking the place out regularly to see what new items they get in. The other side of the store has other Japanese-style toys and whatnot. I saw some Angry Birds and some creepy looking swords, but I must admit, I didn't pay much attention to the non-Sanrio stuff because I wasn't thinking about writing a review. The store was bopping pretty good, though, so I'm sure it's good stuff. Hello Kitty for the win!

I absolutely love this store. It's a small space, but it's filled with so much! If you are a fan of…read moreJapanese pop culture, then this is the place for you. It's chock full of anime DVDs, stuffed animals, candy, figurines, books, jewelry. You name it, they've got it. I'm a big collector of Hello Kitty and I was overwhelmed with how much HK stuff there was, from plates and mugs to suitcases and luggage. I was in paradise. I loved looking through all the merchandise, and I thought it was all pretty reasonably priced. I walked out of the store with a vampire Fluttershy stuffed animal that cost somewhere around $17, and I'm super happy with it. I'm definitely going to be coming back.
