I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged.

One thing about this though it has a very very large selection of stuff compared to other newer built stand-alone Kohl's stores in my area. I could go into the one near my house by lemont Illinois and the men's selection is half of what they have here. They have a very good selection of clothing they got that Sephora thing I don't know what that is I think it's for the gals. Have never looked into it but I've seen the signs and most Kohls it's like they partnered up or maybe they own the thing? Other than the traffic I don't mind coming to this one because as I said the selection is really good I think they have a little better staff too they're more courteous and willing to help you not quite so aloof like the other store unfortunately. In fact the last time I was here and I needed some athletic pants the selection was amazing what normally they had two of my size at the other one this one had about seven or eight of each item and couple at a time of my size. I loved looking through all the merchandise, and I thought it was all pretty reasonably priced. I walked out of the store with a vampire Fluttershy stuffed animal that cost somewhere around $17, and I'm super happy with it. I'm definitely going to be coming back.
