I always see at least one walking a customer around to help find something. For example, I was in the shoe section, and the employee (older lady) was extremely patient, helping a customer identify a pair of shoes for pickle ball. I found a couple, good quality pants for my daughter. However, the signs baiting me in the store said 50-60% off winter clearance. Not one thing I saw in the store had these prices. I saw signs for 25% off only. Ok, there might be something if you reeeeeally look for it, but especially nothing in the toddler sizes. Disappointing. I wish that was the worst. But unfortunately this store needs to train their employees better. I was incredibly disheartened to hear a male worker and a female worker speak quite badly about a woman customer they had earlier that day. The woman apparently bought some baby clothes here for her daughter's baby doll. The employees ripped her apart for spending $ on real kids clothes for a doll. I guess I get where they were coming from, but 1) the lady gave your store some business 2) you were talking unnecessarily horribly about her IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I walked out without purchasing anything and I won't be back. Treat your customers better and shame on your employees. So sorry to make this my 200th review on Yelp.

I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. If I'm ever in the area again, I will absolutely stop by just to say hi, even if I don't have any laundry to do. Do yourself a favor and go to Fast and Fresh Laundry--you will feel right at home!

Now I am not a para social person--I do not hold personal investment in the perceptions people have on things I like. However I found the comments to be contradictory and rude. The store sells records by the likes of the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin--two bands I love, but two bands who are not free from controversy themselves. I will say that in my last few visits I have encountered Tina's daughter who is the perfect combination of direct and personable. She possesses both the patience and the skill to reach a wider customer base. I recommended Tina's to a close friend who shared that her interaction with Tina was not the best, but Tina's daughter stepped in and was wonderful so she will be a repeat customer. They have a good selection, alterations are done on site and the expertise is not easy to find elsewhere.

The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it's more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It's easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.
